@yogawithemilie the transition where you went from a one-legged squat to a high lunge! It really made me focus! I thought the circle transition sequence was extremely fun too

Wow this was sooooo fun :):) I will be repeating for sure!! I always really appreciate your alignment cues! The malasana to half moon was so hard and so good :) I was brave enough for the first time to drop from crow to headstand! With a wall behind me of course bc I am terrified to fall backwards but so energizing :):) you are so creative :)🩷 thank you and I hope you are having a wonderful week :)

You are so graceful Emilie :) even when you lose your balance :) it is motivating to try to match your grace :) this time around I was maybe 5 percent more graceful than last time :) love this flow so much! So fun to drop to headstand!! I can’t begin to get back to crow like you- are you just pushing with your arms? Any tips?? Also want to say that I always let the commercials play through on your videos as a small way of saying thank you so much! I hope you are having a nice week :)🩵

The it-band stretch was nice. When starting to do the quarter sissy squats, being familiar whith you routines, I was mentally preparing my knees for full sissy squats, lol maybe next time.

Sissy squats are a lot of fun!!! Im very cautious of bringing them in though because a lot of people don't love them... glad you're here for it 😁

@yogawithemilie25 күн бұрын
Merci beaucoup Karine!
