Thank you ,Animal flows are always a fun and challenging type of practice I like it very much . But my favorite part of this practice was the stretch and twist after the 90/90 stretch . OMG it was new for me and felt soooo good . Thank you again for sharing these amazing classes

Love all your animal flows some are more intense than the others and this one felt perfect by adding vinyasa .thank you so much ❤❤❤

Coucou Émilie, j'ai adoré la dernière partie avec tous les twists profonds (j'ai fini en cat's pulling its tail😉) ! Dû modifier pas mal la partie animal flow car mon genou ne peut pas supporter les flexions profondes, donc j'ai fait à ma sauce et je te rejoignais en warrior 2. On arrive tjs à se retrouver 😀 Merci pour ta créativité (par ex, je ne connaissais pas le reverse warrior et side angle avec les 2 bras tendus, ça change complètement les sensations!!) 🙏🙏
