I absolutely adore your flows. I get super excited when I see your videos coming up. I love that you did those pauses for presence and mindful and gentle reminders. I loved the longer shavasana as well. I love when I can hear you breathing with us, it's a great way to co-regulate with you!

Whoa Emilie this was amazing! Thank you so much for the reminders to not push to where things feel funky! I needed that as I get into it and end up pushing through the pain and causing more pain. Émilie, c'était extra ! J'avais également besoin d'un flow un peu plus lent, avec un focus sur l'équilibre, la mobilité, et des twists dans tous les sens (je crois que tu as inventé une nouvelle posture qu'on appellera tirebouchonasana😎 : celle avec les 2 jambes tendues comme pyramide, mais croisées en ciseau, et les bras au sol de l'autre côté) ! Merci 🙏🙏
