As you said at the beginning, this was perfect for recovering from a cold. Still had me sweating but it wasn't overwhelming!

Émilie, c'était exactement ce qu'il me fallait aujourd'hui! J'espère que tes courbatures commencent à partir ! J'ai trouvé récemment une astuce que tu peux donner à tes élèves qui ne peuvent pas faire une flexion complète d'un ou des 2 genoux, et qui souffrent donc en child's pose (la pose n'est plus du tout restaurative) : placer un bolster sur les mollets, et les fessiers sur le bolster. Cela fonctionne aussi pour ta posture de fin où tu es assise sur les genoux (impossible pour moi sans bolster) : ça change la vie ! ! Mais tu connaissais sûrement déjà cette astuce😎 En tout cas, merci pour ce cours qui est arrivé pile au bon moment 🙏🙏

That was great Emilie, not really "mellow" for me tho lol. I had to work for it, but I did it 😀. I'm recovering from 2 arm injuries so that was an obstacle also. But it is healing nicely so I am back to regular yoga again.💗12/5/24

Coucou Émilie, je pense le faire demain. Sinon, pour accélérer la récup et prévenir les courbatures : créatine (3g/J, ça suffit) ! Avec cette dose, on ne gonfle pas, on ne fait pas de rétention d'eau. Si tu as l'estomac sensible, choisis le label Creapure et ça ne posera aucun souci de digestion, promis ! Je m'entraîne à haute dose, lourd, et je n'ai plus eu une seule courbature, ni DOMS, depuis que je prends de la créatine (et je n'ai aucune affiliation, hein)😉

@@yogawithemilie je te promets que j'étais très hésitante (peur de gonfler), mais finalement cela me fait bcp de bien ! Et, pour les femmes de mon âge (en pré-ménopause), cela atténue aussi le brain fog lié à cette 'super' période de notre vie....
