I get hiccups too when I eat spicy food. Fast way to get rid of it is to tilt your head to where your dominant side is and pull your earlobe down while sipping a small amount of water or liquid at least 6-8 times. (or just take the little sips without the tilting your head lol)

Where I’m from it’s mainly Aztec culture so this video is beyond interesting for me. Thank you! Also those homemade weapons are incredible

I work a lot with the Mayan people, mostly Quintana Roo. I've been to a milpa and gone hunting in the dark with an old 72 year old man. It was an amazing experience. We slept out in the milpa that night, and the next morning, we heard the howler monkeys howling in the jungle. I've also seen some ruins that have only been seen by the locals. I'm glad to see more recognition for the Mayan people. Awesome vid!

Man I love to see these videos. I was born in a little town called Felipe Cario puerto a couple hr from where this video was filmed. My dad moved down there when he was a young boy and became a member of a little mayan town with only a few members. Idk how he was able to do that. He is the only non mayan to be part of that community and he is an American. No Mexican ties. He continues to keep up on all his responsibilities to be part of the community. He grew up hunting the Milpas with rifles like that and has lots of crazy stories! I am 25 but I spent the first 12 years of my life down there. I currently live in the us but still have lots of family that live and work down there in Quintana Roo.

I don't know the exact date when your trip was taken, so I have no idea if my answer would be remotely correct, but if it was around sometime late last month, the International Space Station passed by at a very slow speed (in terms of us being able to watch it for a bit,) north of the equator and could be seen for about five minutes. It does not pass by visibly very often, and the sun was setting on the American east coast at the time when it passed, which gave the station a highlighted glow refracting the sunlight as it came near the frame of the atmosphere. In space, the shuttle can travel across the world in minutes, so it is possible that that is what was caught on camera in the video. I don't know if that is what it was, especially since it would not be getting dark in Mexico necessarily as it appeared in the video at that time, but it is the best answer I can come up with since I live nearby the space station in Florida and we often go outside to watch the launches and updates like the shuttle. My only guess for the double cloud effect might be the shuttle interacting and traveling by the break in the O2 zone in the atmosphere, which with different interactions, has different effects and has resulted in things like a space jellyfish effect or fire on the outside of the structure though not unless within the atmosphere where that could be possible, so there is a lot of information lacking that I do not know if I am correct. I obviously am not as knowledgeable as many others on the topic and am certainly not the best to speculate, but I hope this is a valid answer to what might have been captured in this video! This is a really wonderful one, as they all are, and as always, I am so grateful that you share the joys of your adventures with us!!!

What you saw in the sky is a space-x rocket leaving our atmosphere. It produces this big blue glow with tons of weird looking contrails, only because there is simply no gravity in space. Edit: and there is no oxygen so the flames turn blue from it. The other dot by the rocket just happened to be a satellite coincidentally flying by it. @@raclark2730 Except launches go almost always towards the east, never west, sometimes north or south. So neither site would work. Has to be SpaceX from Texas or a launch from Vandenberg.

Mike, the Mayan tribes have preserved the way they hunt and cook on the ground. An inheritance in which this technique is used in other federal entities of Mexico. I have eaten White Tailed Deer (Odocoileus virginianus). If it is distributed from BC to the Yucatan peninsula; which makes it a kind of Neartic affinity although it goes beyond the Mexican Neotropics. I continue with the intrigue of those shells that you showed on the granite block; They seem to me to date to the Cretaceous period. Although I would like to see how the slaughter process of the deer was in patrons. I imagine that more than 8 kilos was enough to be very tired in Mexico You say "bofeado".🤙

might be the UFO -The testing of the Proteus B2 in the Yucatan Peninsula has been controversial. Some people have expressed concerns about the potential for the UAV to be used for surveillance or other purposes that could violate the privacy of Mexican citizens. However, Proteus Aircraft has said that the Proteus B2 is only used for peaceful purposes.

Sastun, also known as bezoar stones or enteroliths, resemble rocks but are actually concretions of mineral salts combined with hair and fibers. Most are smooth and rounded, ranging from marble-sized to the size of an orange. They occasionally are found in the stomachs of cattle, horses, goats, llamas, camels and even elephants. But those who believed in the curative powers of madstones thought the most powerful stones came from the stomachs of deer, especially white deer . Sastun are form from calcium deposits, very similar to the way an oyster forms a pearl. Calcium clings to some foreign material such as hair, then more calcium is added in layers. Cut through a madstone’s middle and you’ll find concentric rings like rings in a tree. Animals in eastern states are more likely to contain madstones, due to higher calcium content in the soil.

It’s crazy how alike they look to our ancestors chimps. due to probably living a lot longer and more natural life’s. If you have noticed the people who are most remote seem to have alot happier within day to day life. Truly inspiring.
