Nice and clear tutorial. Thank you! The issue I have with deleting users. Is that their calendar is deleted unless it is saved to another location. Only the mailbox can be restored in that 30 day period. Any OneDrive files should be moved to another location as well (I thinks this is the same for converting to shared too). I usually change the password, block sign in and log out the user of all sessions, convert to a shared mailbox, remove the license and delegate access to another mail user to monitor it for a month or two. When they decide that they are not seeing any important messages coming in. I delete the shared mailbox, but I leave that decision up to the delegate or manager. Sometimes, I'll add a delivery restriction to generate NDRs, but I don't do that very often. Looking forward to your shared mailbox video.

Hey can i recover my office mail id which the company deleted after my resignation. I had my pay slips and some other information in that mail. Any solution?
