The system won’t admit they are wrong as that will set a precedent! They’d rather keep innocent people in prison until they break and admit the crime and proving the system correct! I admire the effort but I feel very sorry for him and his loved ones. He should have his freedom even if that means admitting something that he didn’t do!

Yes there was only a few days left when this interview was done - the petition is now closed and sadly failed to get the numbers required. I've now removed the link.

Let's get a petition signed and get him free through Parliament or through the houses of lords. Because this is ridiculous, the poor old man needs to come out. And with modern day forensic. Surely things can be Retested For new evidence such as pathology reports, A forensic blood pathologist. How ever this was They could go through everything and look for new evidence in this staying age Compared to 36 years ago. Forensic science has come a long way.

Im not sure I’d have what it takes like Clive? I think I’d have admitted it after the 13 years to get out and then fought my case to prove my innocence on the outside. Best of luck Clive Freeman & the greatest of respect!

If jack whomes got out without admitting murder, so should this bloke, it shouldn't be one rule for one and one for another unless they have been violent multiple times and seriously hurt people in jail or they are a child killer or noncecase.
@johnniethepom7545 Жыл бұрын
Jack Whomes coughed to the murders . That's why he and Steele don't talk anymore . The Home Office can be vindictive , but in this case a full and frank admission has taken place or Whomes would still be incarcerated . Notice how both he and his brother have nothing to say now .
@AL-PAKA Жыл бұрын
Where's your source for this?@@johnniethepom7545

A triple killer convicted of the notorious "Essex Boys" farmland murders is to be released from jail. Jack Whomes, 59, was given a life sentence in 1998 for the execution of three men whose Range Rover had been ambushed in Rettendon in December 1995. He maintains his innocence and in 2018 saw his minimum term cut from 25 to just over 22 years for "exemplary" behaviour behind bars. A Parole Board spokesman confirmed a panel had directed Whomes' release. In one of Britain's most notorious gangland killings, drug smuggler Whomes was convicted of shooting three men in a row over drugs. Patrick Tate, Anthony Tucker and Craig Rolfe were gunned down with a pump-action shotgun after their vehicle was ambushed.

Just like to say something before I get into this case. How come Michael Steele has been released for 3 murders and still says he's innocent? Now let's get into this person that I've not heard of him before, sorry.
