Why do you have an android app if you can only use on ios? I have a Samsung phone and a go pro. Pay for the subscription on my iPad but can't use my phone on the same account?

The Android app is a recent development. It was not there yet when we recorded this video. We have new subscription on Touchpix.com that cover both iOS and Android starting next week.

I assume you use Touchpix for your 360 spinner. Is that correct? If so, I recommend using an iPhone 11 or higher for recording videos, since those iPhone models have an ultra-wide lens. With that ultra-wide lens, you get all the people on the platform in the frame and the video will be very stable (not shaking up and down).

Can I used my DJI pocket 2 action camera to record 360 videos? I watched multiple reviews for the comparison of the GoPro 10 and DJI action cameras and the DJI wins hands down. Can I still use the touch pix app if I decide to go with a different camera based on my above camera choice?

We recommend that if you want to use the iPhone for recording, you use the 12 (pro max) or the 13 (pro max). If you want to use the GoPro, we recommend that you use the GoPro 10 with the iPhone 12 (pro max).

No, you don't have to have wifi during the event. You activate the event settings before the event. And you close the event when you come back from the event. But during the event, no internet is needed.

You can, make sure you select the correct slomo rate (120fps, 1920x1080) first when using the rear camera. When you switch to the front camera it will use that same slomo rate.

An iPhone is the most used device with Touchpix though because you can connect it to the internet using the cellular connection as well and the superior video quality of the ultra-wide rear camera.

I had my first event and the customers tried to scan QR code to receive it to their phone but it just brought up a blank video. Sending as text through the touch pix app also was not sending anything nor WhatsApp or email from the app. Could you tell me what could be wrong.

Yes, there could be two possible reasons for this. Most of the time it's the internet speed that's the problem. The videos are not uploaded yet. You can check the upload status of the videos on the queue screen. Menu icon in the upper left corner of the app / queue. The second reason is that you are using an event that is deleted, of videos that were deleted from the webgallery. However, based on your message I suspect that it was the internet connecting that was the problem.
