Did you see that they are like re issuing g1 toys the other day I saw g1 swerve, tailgate, and Optimus, so obviously I picked me up they are almost exactly the same

Bought the reissue Bumblebee for my daughters to play with. I really dig it -- I love the real Autobot sticker vs my vintage version with the rub sticker on it (always hated those). Also love the reissue's more cartoony head.

Bubblembee is one of my favorite Transformers of all time. The underdog so to speak of the Autobots, but one of the most solid characters in the group. Its always interesting how they can try to recreate from the original model. But it is cool to see G1 Transformers back on toy shelves. Thank You for the review and video!

I had the yellow Cliffjumper growing up. I had Bumblebee and got him when we moved across the country, but gave him to someone at the hotel we were living at while looking for a place to live back as a kid.

so cool. When I was a lil boy and my parents were just starting out, this was my first transformer. I LOVED my bumblebee. Someone broke the arms off in fourth grade, I still played with him, I just said he hovered and i'd fly him around in car mode, LOL.

My first transformer was Cliffjumper. Bought it some when in 1987 or 1988. Got Bumblebee a bit later. Both are Hasbro versions though.

Excellent video as ever; I always had a soft spot for the various versions of Bumblebee growing up, to the extent that a yellow Beetle (with Autobot symbol, natch!) has always been sort of my dream car in real life - at least, until some enterprising car company makes a life-size version of G1 Hot Rod's car mode, that is (but I digress...)!!! I didn't have the original G1 Bumblebee toy myself (although I did have Hubcap!), but I did have both Goldbug and the Pretender Classics versions in turn - I still have them both, in fact; although the Pretender Classics one is a bit worse for wear, I'm afraid...is the Masterpiece version any good, by the way? I've been thinking of getting one of the latter for a while, but it'd be nice to know if it was worth getting in the first place, yes? (in fact, a review of Masterpiece Bumblebee might make for a good follow-up video to this one some day...but that's entirely up to you, of course!). In the meantime, though, I'm really looking forward to your 'History of Transformers: 1985' video, especially when it comes to covering everyone's favourites, the Dinobots! PS: I've also read Dan Gilvesan's book myself, and you're right, it's a fascinating read from a guy whom I wouldn't mind meeting myself, especially since he also starred in my all-time favourite Spider-Man cartoon back in the day, yes? (Alternatively, if anyone's looking for a good story about G1 Bumblebee instead, then I'd heartily recommend a very touching piece of fanfiction called 'Brother' by one Epona Harper, which can be found here at www.fanfiction.net/s/3496247/1/Brother - enjoy, yes?).

please make more g1 review videos and i love your vids and i have a small drawer and it has five g1 transformers in it and i am so carefull to not break them and those five transfomers are a g1 optimus prime a g1 power master optimus prime a g1 soundwave a g1 hot rod and a g1 swerve and i am so carefull with them and my most favorite of them all is the g1 optimus prime it was the first g1 transformer i ever got and its so special to me its what made me start g1 collecting transformers and i am nine years old i have a the original transformers show on dvd and i love to whatch it please make more g1 review vids nerdmaste

Forgot to mention my favourite Bumblebee-centric comics story in my previous comment; it's a three-parter called 'Crisis in Command!' published by Marvel UK back in the G1 days, and still stands as perhaps my favourite Transformers story ever to this day; I won't go into too much detail for fear of spoilers, but it covers such ground as the moral dilemmas facing the Autobots as to how far the ends would justify the means in order to defeat the Deceptions through the use of the robotic equivalent of WMDs, and features both Bumblebee and Prime at their most noble and courageous throughout! It has been reprinted a few times since over here in various formats, but unfortunately, I'm not sure how you could get it over on your side of the Pond; still, you can get a bit more detail as to the reprints in question, as well as the broad outlines of the story itself, at tfwiki.net/wiki/Crisis_of_Command! - enjoy, yes? PS: I've also posted this self-same comment on your other Bumblebee video to try to spread awareness of 'Crisis in Command!', I hope you don't mind; after all, as they almost used to say in the old RKO movies, a good story is worth repeating, yes? (And trust me, it is a really good story...!!!)
