Love the tension between Aaron and Robert - you can tell Rob is still upset by Aaron's rejection the other week and is trying to get a reaction out of him but Aaron is being indifferent towards him. Any scene with those two is always interesting to watch - the chemistry doesn't go away.

Robert's anger is completely understandable and nothing he said was untrue. Yes it was hypocritcal and rude but he doesn't know the full details. He's not wrong that the Dingles would close ranks cuz that's exactly what they did, even if she had stabbed Diane in cold blood. Diane is a mother figure to him and the only one he has and he has a right to be upset and Aaron understood that's why he didn't react to Rob's trashy antics. This situation sucks for both of them.

Its so good to see Aaron so calm. He knows Robert is right in some kind of way... Diana is one of the last persons he got left, so its understandable, that he is very upset.... And he is right about the Dingles..... Its funny how Aaron says mate to Robert, after all that....

+Frank Harker hay lets not forget Robert killed someone (mistake or not) and he tryed to kill 2 other people and almost made a 3rd on have a heart attack, and on top of that's his whole family is messed up look at and killing there mother and his dad covering for him then Andy try's to kill Robert. TO me there whole family is a bunch of killers at this point so Robert has no excuse to say anything and same goes for Andy !😋

GC gamer The whole group of characters is either full of killers or enable killers. They only get upset when it affects someone they care about. It's just the show makes more effort to explain some of the choices than they do with others. They took a lot of time to explain why Chas is acting this way. They didn't with Robert because they just wanted a "serial killer" story.

Frank Harker Chas was sleep walking and thought it was Emma a huge difference from Robert who knew what he was doing every step of the way.

Robert is more of a head case in the sense that it seems he´ll never understand or acknowledge the crimes and awful things he has done while most of the others do over time, and even change sometimes. Hell, even the mental case that is Emma Barton admitted last week that she doesn´t want to lose it like she has done many times before, that sometimes she can not control herself and wanted help. Robert is proud of what he does in general, he doesn´t even notice that what he does is wrong most of the times.

+glaspies Doubt it cause Eastenders seems to win no matter what and even in the occasions when Emmerdale beats it in ratings. Pretty much only Danny Miller has been "enoug" to grab awards for Emmerdale, and lately Michael Parr (Ross). But yeah Lucy (Chas) has been fantastic here. What a great cast. Very unfair.

I understand that the Dingles are everybody's fave, especially golden boy Aaron, but the hypocrisy some fans exhibit where they're concerned is laughable. The way the Sugdens reacted is exactly the way the Dingles would have. In fact, the Dingles would've been more violent about it since they're an "attack first, ask questions later" kind of family and everyone would've been cheering for them. It's ridiculous how much hate Robert, Victoria et al get for doing what anybody else would have. I like them all and I think both "sides" were in keeping with their established characters so I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about. Anyway, I'm glad that Diane was reasonable about the entire thing. I hope she stays that way. They released Chas a lot sooner than expected, though.

I actually thought Robert was getting better, becoming a better person and then he goes and treats Aaron like that. We get it, he loves Diane, but he's not sqweaky clean either so he could have given Aaron and Paddy (the man he tried to kill) the benefit of the doubt and fucked off.

Vic is really annoying! And a hypocrite. She's jumping on Cain about the fact that Chas left Diane. But Vic ran over an old man, killing him and fled the scene. There sho is a lot of "" pot calling the kettle black" on this show.

lynnette corrales I agree that sometimes she does go off on people for the slightest thing but in these circumstances she had every right to be mad at Cain.

"Run away"? I seriously can´t stand that attitude, as if he had ever faced any of his crimes. Aaron has definitely faced most of his demons, like Chas just did or Chrissie did back in the summer. I hope I don´t see any more mistreatments of this type when they get back together.

kevinbaileydbfl I suppose. You already know I would prefer if they weren´t though, at least for a long while. But their chemistry is so crazy good that I´ll enjoy anything they do with Aaron´s stories, as I always have.

sanyrub I would be fine with Aaron getting a new boyfriend if I thought the show would do it, but I have a feeling he'd just end up like Finn - there for family drama. He's pretty much like that already. Sometimes I wonder if that's why they string this with Aaron and Robert out, because it means they won't have to give him a romance.

+sanyrub I can't wait until they finally get together again, we all know it will happen eventually. And you're right, Robert is not innocent, but neither is Aaron, stop pretending he is. Also.. yeah, Robert is cocky and manipulative, but that's part of his personality. Aaron knew how cocky he was when he got involved with him, he seemed to like it. And yes, I admit it, I like them together because they have great chemistry. I also think the writers are slowly but surely trying to redeem Robert. I can't wait to see them get back together.

Victoria is a brat - but I'm guessing that's what the writers want. She blames whoever is the prime suspect at the moment, then when that changes she puts the blame on the new person. She never waits to hear the whole story. Adam needs to run far away.

Her Mom got stabbed and Chas left her to die. She knows the Dingles would help her escape. No they don't know the details, but that does not change the fact that Diane could have died. She has ever right to be angry.

Don't get me wrong i hope the writer's find someone better for Aaron because he deserves it but am i the only one who can't wait for that moment when there all alone in a room and they rip each other clothes off because i can't and if it does happen you just know its going to be epic lol

I swear Diann's boyfriend is getting on my last nerve. He keeps relaying stories that he doesnt know a DAMN thing about and then makes everything twisted... The whole SOUGDEN family always jumps to conclusion when anything happens. They take the first story that they hear and run like hell with it. It was the same thing that happened when Robert was shot and they were all quick to BURN Aaron at the stake....
