This is a great overview. As PM coach / KZbinr I am always trying to provide a fresh and "not putting you to sleep" approach and this one definitely hits the mark. Well done!

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. You just don't know how this has helped me. starting a new career, brother told me to go into Project Management. I have Rita Mulcahy's book, she tried her best to break it down. But you guys, did it better. I love documentaries and history, so for you to bring history in this helped a lot as well. I was afraid of taking this test that cost $300. People that teach this don't realize everything has a foundation. When you went to school you didn't learn algebra, you learned the basics first, and then you built on to what you already know. And you guys broke it down for me in a way that I feel more confident. I hope you guys have the rest on your channel. New subscriber, thanks.

Hi April, you are absolutely right about the necessity to study fundamentals first. Initially, it is essential to simply understand how things work, what are the processes, tools and techniques, and even to know the terms in order to be able to understand and efficiently collaborate. Rita has written a book for those who already has some experience in this field, specifically for helping with the Project Management Professional exam. Thus, this book will be very useful, but in a while. In the beginning of the career would be good to start with basics and to grow up the knowledge together with experience. Feel free to check my channel for the relevant insights and if you will have any further questions, I would be happy to help. Stay Safe! 🙂

First i want to thank you for sharing such a Informative video of project management. This is the beginning of a very long journey for me . You have described so many topics related to project management in a single video very effectively and in a very simple format. I most like that you split the video in chepters so that's a good thing. I appreciate your work . Listening to you for 30 minutes completely changed my day...keep posting videos like this.

@muthoni itegi This was great, thanks, I've been looking for "what should an implementation plan include?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Tannilara Stupendous Transcendence - (do a google search ) ? It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to getting 7000 plus project management and business templates without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got great success with it.

If time is short and cost is the same then scope must be reduced. How ever if time is short and money is unlimited the we can achieve service or product goal.

5:44 that's sad, humanity takes part of this. It's not business. These things wouldn't be any issue if the public saw themselves as family. I don't like taking part of this game of projects. How is something equal if there's a block within communication between Humans. Clearly don't belong on this Channel but boy was it eye opening.

Enjoyed the video... but your Management Team/Board of Directors is comprised of ONLY MEN. Let's not perpetuate systemic sexism and gender bias.
