how can i or would i say there's one more beautiful than another.. you spoke true in the title! thinking about each one tugs at my heart strings. if i knew how to do so i would send a picture of the pictures of 2 girls here on my bedroom wall. my heart is full of love respect and melancholy at the thought of these girls and women who lived before us. thanks for sharing the loveliness!🫢🤲🌻

I am so glad that these woman allowed themselves to be photographed. These photos are priceless. The ones of Quannah Parker’s daughters interested me the most, because I have read about Quannah’s life and that of his mother, the captive Cynthia Ann Parker. She died believing all of her children were dead. If only she could have seen into the future and known how venerated her son would become, and that she would one day have grandchildren.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and as the song goes; every thing is beautiful in its own way. I can see the natural beauty in all of these woman but to be honest, some more than others, but thats just my perception 😀

I’m a very old white man. These photos have more to do with humanity, than beauty, in my opinion. There is an underlying, deep sadness when I look at these photos. Thousands upon thousands of native Americans were murdered, all in accordance with ‘Manifest Destiny’. What I see are human beings, just trying to live their lives and express, in ordinate dress and appearance, a wonderful human culture, only to be butchered , raped and dehumanized by the white power structure. These photos appear to worship culture and individuality, while White men just seem to lift the praise of murder, with Jesus Christ as their self righteous darling. These pics are just depressing to me.
