I sure did enjoy that and yes, I did manage to keep up with you guys, I will let you into a secret, your sessions are the high light of my week, on a Thursday, I get a buzz out of it. Dancing is my Passion, the only time I am my true self. I sure do enjoy the rest of my regime through the week as it keeps me in good health, Yoga, every day, Zumba, Tuesdays, Tai Chi, Wednesdays and Pilates on Friday.
