Love it! Tae bo was my go to workout back in the day. I did it several times a week so I had the whole workout memorized and didn't even need to watch Billy's video lol so excited to do this today!

i enjoyed this...such fun, i feel like the workouts in the80s/90s are much tougher and fast paced that i'm not sure i'm doing it right . Whereas the last decade the focus is more on form, mobility and breaks which i feel is kinder to my body./joints..or maybe i'm just much older now lol☺

loved it i have a few exercises of people i do and i never see anybody do kickboxing your the only one when you do do this i dont know why more people dont likeit i felt my abs the whole way through even when we were bringing our hands to our toes

OMG Billy Blanks is the GOAT!!! I absolutely used to do his workouts all of the time when I was a teenager!!! I feel so old - haha! The only thing missing is the crazy motivational "EVERY DAY ABOVE GROUND IS A BLESSED DAY!!!" (or whatever it was he said - haha!). This was wonderful, thank you!!!

This was so fun! We would do Tae Bo in PE class when I was in middle school, it was the only thing I liked and actually felt like I was good at. Kind of makes sense why kickboxing is still one of my favorite ways to exercise! Those younger years really make an impact!

I loved this. and I loved this because of you. I used to feel uncoordinated and unable to follow kickboxing, but almost 4 years with you and this. felt. AWESOME! AND you have changed my form so much; remembering to keep my shoulders pulled back and my ribs closed, I felt so much of this in my core. Thank you for broadening my world and sweat! And helping me set such a positive example for my girls since I can now workout effectively (and with such positive messaging) in front of them at home!

Awesomenesssssss. Thanks to BodyFit by Amy, I can do this class at age 62. I started working out about 25 years ago. After two or three years I tried Tae Bo and couldn't do it at all. Oh, & btw, I have a semi-mild case of MS. Be Where You are!!!!

I really enjoyed doing Billy Blanks' workouts years ago. And this was fun! But now that I'm in my 50s, I like the intervals better with mobility, breaks, and not quite so many repetitions that can mess with my joints. But I love all of your workouts, Amy. You make them fun.

Loved this workout!! This was the first workout in a long time that I was sad when it ended. Focusing on the combos and technique and keeping beat made the workout fly by. I have been doing your workouts for a few years now, first discovering your postpartum workouts after my first kiddo. I have enjoyed them all and saved so many to do again. But, you keep coming out with new ones I have to try so I never do:) This may have been my favourite thus far so I may have to squeeze it in again somehow:)
