Haha iv noticed a running theme on your channel with traditional pizzas is they quite often don't have enough cheese, and I definitely agree! But that crisp from the crust was magical!! id make it disappear anyway....

Yeah that sums it up, they tend to have an awesome crust but just wish they had a bit more cheese. Agree on making them disappear though!
