If you think they suck, you're just an ignorant asshole that needs his eyes checked. Oh, and this is not a discussion, it's fact. The team is amazeballs and what they are doing with a 20yo engine is fucking incredible. Go back to the whole where you crawled out from until you have something intelligent to say.

I'm hoping someday the Staff of Atiesh will become a legendary weapon during the worldsoul saga. Having another legendary Staff would be pretty cool caster weapon of old but in the hands of the player again.

Absolutely awesome as always! Constructive criticism: Your bird looks a bit like a penguin. I think the main reason is that your missing legs. The original wow model texture is hinting at legs. I think if you were to carve out the legs and separate the tops of the wings from the neck a bit it would look more raven. The original WC3 Medivh concept is a good reference.

The original Atiesh was so lowpoly that it actually took me YEARS to realize that it had a bird at the top and not just a weird lump of... something...

There should be a mesh of this thing in Heroes of the Storm, if not several due to Medivh's skins. IDK how hard it is to export assets from that game though. Would be interesting to see what they did versus your version!

I think the reason why Atiesh was never remastered was because its simplistic but still has that distinct shape where you know that the staff is Atiesh from a distance, like Thunderfury Blessed Blade of the Windseeker, though that one technically got a remaster through the Outlaw rogue Legion legendary. its basically just a wooden stick with a bird and a small scarf on it. and that simplicity meant that it didn't age as badly as some other weapons from its time. regardless your remaster looks sick as hell dude, I love the filigree engravings on its heel (apparently that's what they call the metal bit at the end of canes)

You know what would be an incredible next subject? A remake of the Tarecgosa Staff & Visage mount, since we get a semi-proper mount for it now. (Still Per-Character and low-poly, despite Tarecgosa herself actually getting remodeled.)

What a beautiful remake Tomkek, recolors are such a nice touch. I was wondering you considered remaking all the original T3 sets? Wrath remade some, but they felt very bland and over designed compared to the original bright colors. Edge of Insanity, Kalimdor’s Revenge or Maul of the Redeemed Crusader are also screaming for a remake. 🙏🏼

I was going to say the same thing, I'm fairly sure that pennant fits the flappy part as its basically a flag/banner of sorts, although on swords loose fabric is usually something like "weapon sash".
