to have good dots, you would need a thicker consistency of paints. And dot comes with dome or drip on top. anyways.

Yes. I noticed that her dots collapsed in the center as they dried. She should used more flat bottomed instruments, instead of the round ball instrument. The dots would have been more round. Her paint was also a little on the thin side. Still came out pretty though.

Its all approximate distance, u can only draw marking line with measurement, rest everything depends on silks ....

No, the water makes the dots 'splt' as they dry. What you need is poring medium, this will not affect the paint.
