My name is Chris, I am a 3D printing hobbyist from australia. I dont really specialise in anything specific, but 3D printed tools and tabletop accessories are some things youll probably seen quiet often. I do all my 3d printing on a Ender 3, which I highly recommend as a budget printer. Currently I only run 1 printer but I hope to expand that in the future. Recently acquired a photon 0 to do resin printing with. I like to share all my 3D printing ideas for free although I do plan to sell stuff in the future. Most of my projects will be mostly 3D printed with a few non printed components included, these can often be found on ebay. I actually use the cheapest filament I can get for all my projects, again I hope to change this in the future.

@@user-cg3em4cw4f You seem to not understand how much the Borgedesigns youtube channel has done for me. It got me through some tough times in my life and you need to grow up and have some empathy for people, good day sir.

A little late to the party, but for reference to anyone in the US... 3/16 nuts, bolts or threaded rods are more commonly called #10-24 (or #10-32, if you're made of money and have unlimited time). Just tossing it in there since I actually had to look it up myself. Saving everyone a Google search.

With alot of test prints it should be possible to get some really tight tolerances for more accurate work.

Use unusual turnbuckles, once someone advised me and the only fact in machines are and they work better and more precisely and the design is very cool: P

I wondered why you used a hand screwdriver for those bolts that you said took ages (into the white bits). Especially when the battery drill was in frame...

Nah no problem, I guess I didnt make it clear enough that this video was really for people who were looking to build it, I have a much shorter overview video that shows it working :)

@@Borgedesigns i found it and it's very cool! i hope you keep making stuff like this. i wonder about what rigidity gains you would get from filling in critical parts with epoxy resin or maybe something even cheaper like concrete idk
