Almost done printing the parts and this is the last step what keeps water from leaking in between the slider shaft and the brass tube on the block ? Also my frame doesn’t seem to click into that spot where the water pressure comes from? Thanks for any information or suggestions!

There will always be some leakage between the slider shaft and the brass tube on the block. The leakage doesn't prevent the mechanism from working. Regarding the frame - if you printed the V1 hull and V1 frame, and you can see that the water path is joined correctly, you should be all good. Maybe the click is just not that pronounced, depending on the alignment of your particular printed parts.

You mean where I got all hardware for the boat? That's a long list. See the part list here: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1f-epKNBlcqGcuJU5rGvYQleL7ayPnrRe?usp=sharing I got all screws, bearings and seals from small stores in my country. I bought the electronics from various stores in Europe and some from worldwide suppliers. Total price for all parts might be around 200 USD, but it varies so much depending where you buy from that there is no simple answer.
