Like I said before; you're the "math magician" I thought you used to have a charge controller that would allow you to leave the washers out and the electronics would keep the gen from overpowering the wings something like USvawt; Steve and Marcus were doing

That was a while ago. I thought it was overkill for this humble amount of power. :-) I also wanted the design to be something anyone with a 3D printer could make with a few extra readily available parts. One can get a windmill charge controller like the one I have for less than $20.

And....it has no problem self-starting. What attack angle did you set the blades at?
