the 90 degree usb c cable was missing from my smart grip. i've been waiting 2 weeks for a replacement, but nothing has happened yet. the scale on the smart grip display doesn't move either!

When I use the JMStudio app on my phone, I get the message that the device is not connected. I can not find anywhere a clear instruction on how to connect the phone to the 3dmakerpro smartgrip, or how to scan this QR code from the JMStudio, which I have installed on my computer. I had checked that my account is correct (Login Email and passwort) , is it important to select the right scanner??? I have 3x from 3JM, is this the reason for this error message??

I had this and updating firmware and the app from the phone side helped, but I am struggling to get a decent scan.
