Just keep the videos how they are Alberto. They are really helpful and nice to watch! :) My only suggestion: would be awesome if you would post one of them every week! :)

Great video Alberto. Can i ask, you're known for being able to maintain very low BF levels for an extended amount of time; how does this affect your mood, libido etc etc? It seems to be very genetical from person to person. Thanks!

Damn I wish my gym had a dedicated cable area for crossovers/bayesian curls. Half the time the cable area is taken, and even if it wasn't the weights are too far apart to really do bayesian curls properly.

Thanks for sharing coach! Question: Whats your reasoning for not using a full range of motion on the lateral raise machine and have you tried doing it unilaterally like you do with some of your other movements?

Great video man. Those neutral grip pull downs you do, do you find it most effective with the way you did them in this video or the the bar flipped around and pulling more inward versus outward. Matt ogus does it the other way. Thanks for the response

Just noticed on your last bicep movement that the angle at which the load is acting on is completely different for each arm. Maybe you only did this for the video aspect, but it's just something worth noting :)

+Ezrocker000 Like I said You have the lower body and you have no upper body you got a problem building wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don't have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body.U have the upper body and you don't have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body.

Alberto I think you are nowhere near fluffy enough to require a mini cut. Be a good role model. Abs, glutes, and crazy vascularity year round are not required to be a great! Show the kids that making solid gains will take time and making peace with the small amounts of adipose gains that accompanies the strength and muscular improvements.
