I don't understand any controversy about doing full range of motion, that is the only option that if your goal is to develop the muscles fully for any purpose. What am I missing? Lengthened partials probably seem to be so effective because it is the most neglected range ( the Lengthened position) so when it is focused on people get gains they have previously neglected.
