You're gonna need a bigger table. You need to have a second person act as an attentive cameraman to know when to pivot around the table and zoom in when appropriate. 26:33. "The printer is so big, it's hanging off the front and back of our work surface. DOH - I knew this would be an issue since 4 minutes into this unboxing vid. Plus, the table surface shouldn't wobble, sir! You can place 2x 2x4s perpendicular and parallel to one another under the feet. That should do the trick nicely but don't bump into them as they will jut out noticeably. Thanks for taking your time to produce this. And I applaud your honesty. You didn't go screaming in the night and demand your money back from Creality for having issued your a defective product. Some problems, even amonst the most experienced 3D pritnters, can be human error. Good luck with your builds.

wish u tested it without wobbly table so we would actually know if its good or bad.

I'm really sorry about the wobbly table. We're outgrowing our retail location and space was at a premium. We should do a quick follow up, once we have the space/time

could of used the floor just for the print

@@settlece Sure, right in the middle of the desks that people come and go from all day. I'm sure they would love to have to jump over the printer 100 times. Please see my comment about space being at a premium. It really really is. That why we're moving to a new triple unit with somewhere in the neighbourhood of 10x the space we currently have.

Good video, I had a good laugh at 16:44 when the build music came on for a solid 3 seconds. This printer looks amazing.

Really bad Y axis layer shifts on the lower portion of the whistle from the key ring hole and below. It looks like multiple shifts! You mention “No issues to speak of whatsoever “ ......hmmm.
@Jason-yn6oy5 жыл бұрын
I didnt slice that. The jerk was set to 20 in the slicer and thus, it did layer shift in the Y direction. I wouldn't call that "really bad" since it shifted all of 2mm or so. I totally glossed over it, and should really stop doing the wrap-up of these videos at 11pm after a 15 hour workday. Let the firmware handle jerk (turn off in the slicer) and you'll be fine.
