amazing tutorial.. but i got a problem : whenever i try adding bones using skin modifier(@ 6:02), my 3ds max crashed. i did 2-3 time but same result .. i m having same unit setup setting as yours
@simulation_lab4 жыл бұрын
Hmm that's strange. Do you have the most current version of TyFlow installed? If you keep getting the crash, I would suggest sending the Max file to Tyson. His support email is on the site here: docs.tyflow.com/feedback/

new to 3dsmax, so forgive me for the dumb question , why dowe seperate the parts of torus ring?
@simulation_lab4 жыл бұрын
It's a good question. The torus ring must be divided into segments because the PhysX solver in TyFlow doesn't support concave meshes. We are basically faking a concave mesh by joining together a bunch of convex meshes.

@@simulation_lab thank you very much for the quick reply. Another question why 8 pieces, not 2 not 4 but 8?

Hey, man. Can you make a video of the balls coming out of the bottle? For example, the balls in a coca cola bottle are sprayed out like champagne

Whenever i import image of flag in 3d max 2020 rather than single image on plane object it turns into 1000 small images on the object. Any help ? i can send screenshot if that helps. Just provide an email address
@simulation_lab4 жыл бұрын
Try applying a UVW Map modifier on the object. You can scale and position your texture map however you'd like with the modifier applied and selected.
