After refining the shapes of the Ribs, Clavicle, Scapula, I sculpted the upper part of the Humerus. I then attached and supported them with wires.
This time I used a new wood glue called "Titebond" on the piece to give it strength.

I've learned a lot from your videos. More detailed than most medical videos. Thanks for posting.

I know this may sound insane, but I was hoping there were additional videos, where you would have completed the entire skeleton! Food for thought? But this was splendid!

@huskywallAz Thank you! about 3 years ago I started to make models in Blender software. A year later I purchased ZBrush and made a few sculptures using it. Soon after I started sculpting in moist clay and then oil based clay. I am 61 years old, so you are not too old son! :)

Interesting! So you can use Elmer's on Chavant to help protect it, and over time the clay itself will eventually harden right? Will it ever completely harden or will warmth always have a softening effect on it?
@Liberty_Valance

+World of MONSTERS No, the clay will not dry out. This is an oil based clay and it will always stay soft.

@3DworlD2 Which brand of clay would you recommend purchasing? I am required to make a similar model for an anatomy course, and I am just curious which supplies I would need (tools, clay, size of pvc pipe) to mimic your model! Thank you.

@lpineault If you are asking about the Wire I used to hold the clay in place, it is like "Hobby Wire". I got it from our local Hardware Store.

@anovasinn I put them on a shelf. That is correct, the clay won't dry and harden, except the air dry one. That is correct, I'm practicing what I have learned.

just a question what is the best way to get a good result makit ng the scull.I mean what shape will I start with.I was getting News papper and building a ball of clay from that and then to start the chin area add a squire piece to it.Then I put two holes for my eyes and I build up around the eyes and cheek bones but I now feel I started rong.I just feel there is a better way to get the cheeks and noise to look better.If you can help me please do thanks agin Aaron.
