Thank you for producing these videos and especially the comparison between the 3m 77 and 90 sprays. I would like to know, how do you find the adhesive property differences between the 77 and the double-sided tape you are using in the video? Is there a benefit to using tape over spray adhesive?

3M 77 and 90 sprays are both aerosol adhesives made by 3M. The main difference between the two is the bonding strength and drying time. 3M 77 spray adhesive has a moderate bonding strength and is suitable for bonding lightweight materials such as paper, cardboard, and fabric. It dries quickly, in about 15 minutes. 3M 90 spray adhesive has a strong bonding strength and is suitable for bonding heavier materials such as wood, metal, and plastic. It takes longer to dry, about 24 hours. Both sprays are clear in color, non-staining and have a low soak-in properties. They are also both repositionable for up to 5 minutes after application, and can be used in both indoor and outdoor applications. In summary, if you need a quick-drying, moderate-strength adhesive for lightweight materials, 3M 77 spray adhesive is a good choice. If you need a strong adhesive for heavy materials, 3M 90 spray adhesive would be a better option.
