Great video, super appreciative. Please keep the information coming. Speaking for myself, Not only did I risk my life as a infantrymen for 37 months deployed, (Iraq 2004, Afghan 2006, Iraq 2007-2009 fighting for those people who could not fight for themselves, I fought for their freedom, (Retired in 2015 with two Purple Hearts) Now I find out that 3M sold America a defective product to make larger profits, my hearing is shot, ringing in my ears as a constant reminder of things I’d like to not think about, depression and other bs. 3M ripped off American tax payers. Now my lawyer, who thanked me for my service to this nation, wants 40% of my settlement, I really don’t have a choice, do I? My question is “Will the attorney’s kiss us before they stick it ”?

I appreciate you watching and commenting. All states have different contingency fees for negligence cases. New York, where I am from is 33% of the net settlement after expenses are paid.

Based on what I'm hearing here people with just Tinnitus alone have almost no chance for compensation? Those persons who knew these were defective should have their pensions stripped and assets seized. It's not enough to just have a settlement people need to pay within 3M.
