To that end, Mediator Ellis is directed to schedule another mediation session to be conducted within the next 14 days. Just got an e-mail from the Court. Judge Rodgers issued an order saying that, since the mediation was "worthwhile and productive" and that the mediator should schedule another session in the next 14 days.

Why have they not actually gone through and determined how many valid cases there are yet? You'd think having that hard number would help in the settlement talks.

There are way more people filed in this law suit than are actually receiving disability for tinnitus. So a ton of these cases should get thrown out.

With full repercussion. They have even split there company and are now focusing on healthcare. Considering the dips in stocks when the MDL first came to be and the past few days 3M has lost billions. Do they not understand these Veterans are not greedy. Most volunteered for service in a time of war. The longer they stall the more galvanized they become and willing to wait for day in court. Why wouldn’t they if 3M have no more arrows in the quiver?

I can confirm that. No date set as of yet. But Judge Rodgers has made it clear that she expects both sides to have someone with authority there to accept settlement terms.

As far as noone getting hurt! Your obviously not associated with any veterans. My husband can't even hear our babies say his name with out having hearing aids in. He fought in Iraq and Afghanistan while wearing 3Ms "ear protection" If 3M was such a "respectable company" like you say then they shouldn't have sold our troops knowingly faulty ear plugs while we were at war! They settled with the government. Now they are facing the veterans. I have a family full of service members and I stand by them!!!

So if you didn't know yet. It has been ordered by Judge Rodgers In the southern district of Florida, that the Veterans, and 3M must reacommence settlement talks. So this is to happen with in 30 Days of the order. 3M must sit down once again, and now they must get serious on settling. Then also in the order, Judge Rodgers wrote 3M must act in (Good Faith) this time. In my opinion which they did not, back in the July 15th-18th Settlement talks. Seeing that a day after the talks they tried their Texas two step. Which failed, as it should. Then also Judge Rodgers will also be looking into if 3M acted in (Bad Faith) for the July 15th-18th Settlement talks. Reason being as I said they tried the (TTS), and also in my opinion they disrespected the Vets, Judge Rodgers, the Bellweather trails, and the whole MDL process. This new multi-day event will be held by a Special Master. As for 3M, well the Vets won 10 out of the 16 Bellweather trails. A total of close to 300 Million was awarded too the Vets. As of what is being said a average of 26Million to Vets. One vet alone was awarded 77.5 Million by jury. So you said this is what you think a respectable company does. Lol I can't wait for the Judgements for the Veterans.
