Thank you man! And I absolutely remember that speakers face and I loved that particular talk, I just for the life of me can’t remember his name. I’ll look for it tho and comment here if/when I find it! It’s amazing to have your support man, and more importantly, it’s so cool to hear that Elite Meet made a difference for you!!! I think most folks (active NSW) were in support of elite meet, but became upset with me for my social media posts that were a little too “look at me, I’m a navy seal” - that said, I would be lying if I didn’t say that I felt MASSIVELY betrayed by a few choice teammates. But I don’t hold any grudges now… I brought a lot of the heat on myself, even if it’s hard for non-NSW to see that. Candidly tho, you are one of the few public NSW dudes to vouch for me from when that all went down. It’s easy to say I’m a good guy NOW… but no one says that about “John Allen” from that time when all that went down. So this means more to me than you know. Thank you bro I’ll see you in Atlanta later this year bro!!

Seabee's, CAN DO. My Dad passed in December. He was a proud Navy Sea Bee who served in Vietnam in the late 60's. He wasnt physically wounded in battle, but a big ol' Jungle Rat bit a quarter sized chunk out of his back when he was laying down on his bunk one night. I remember as a kid in the 80's that scar would puss up and get "wierd" and he would go to the VA and get it treated. When it flared up again in the 2000's I would stuff the hole for him with a medical "Wick". Something in the Jungle foliage that Rat was chewing on got right into his system for the rest of his life. Brave Man. When he was told it was over, and had hours to await death he was as relaxed as you could not imagine. I said "Dad, you are a bad ass" in between my tears. He told me I was being a beligerant fool as usual, lol.

I've heard a few too many stories of what's it like coming home and coping with the after effects on their own. Like my Uncle after VN he camped out in my grandparents basement for almost a year after he just about choked his wife in alive in his sleep. In his 50s before he could hang around vet's sober. Guys crawling under their bed bc thunderstorms, waking up in cornfield in mid winter nude a half mile from home. That's the mild example I'm sure you know. I feel for y'all and you'd think it would be a lot different than it is but it's better than it used to be. Then we have people higher up like Camilla Harris with attitude that men and women who's served are going to have to grow some balls get tough and suck it up! I like how she says that since I'm sure she's never been in that place in any way shape or form! Need change! Thank you for your service! ❤

MrBallen is a great storyteller, he is a good man. He caught a ton of hate, what I love he tells his story without using his SEAL status. I respect him and thankful for his service. He is very genuine and his interview with Shawn Ryan was awesome! Chad I appreciate you speaking so highly of him!

Which is wild cause I haven’t met a Seal (known quite a few) who wasn’t willing to talk about the teams lol the Seal community is a weird one , it has a lot of issues sad to say.

I wouldn't join the military based on watching the bs on social media. silent warrior? lol dude doesn't have respect for gay guys especially the " booty warrior " type that fights on the spot. I wouldn't fit in because I wouldn't hear it . nowhere. I'm a loyal person and am a beast and don't have to prove anything to anyone like that. narcissists make bad leaders and you got no shortage of that.

Nowadays a "hater" is just somebody who disagrees with something. I wholeheaertedly dislike the word. Respectfully so.

What this channel calls hate is simply the truth being exposed. American Christians are enablers and willing participants in the enslavement of mankind for thousands of years. And they're all WRONG and brainwashed by them just like @3 of 7 project. I bet this speaker was a paid ZIONIST!

Thank you for recognizing Mr. Ballen! He truly does seem to be a genuinely good person who cares about people and has real compassion and a heart of gold... it's awesome to hear someone who has met him give him his due props. If you don't mind me asking, are you in Georgia?? Because that's where I've been born and raised, and you sound like a fellow Georgian! My fiancé saw you in his YT feed and we watched this video because of Mr. Ballen, and we've checked out your other videos and you had us laughing our butts off 😂... and you have earned 2 more subscribers! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY! 🇺🇸 👍 Stay cool, my friend! ❤

Chad, I hope you read these. Tears well as I type this message. To you, I don’t exist. We haven’t met yet, but I can’t wait till we do. You remind me of my Sifu, an old country ruffian trained by a couple SEALS. I found your videos around the time he passed. Your authenticity and the warmth of your spirit inspire me. I love to learn from you, laugh with you, and, every now and again, share a tear drawn from the expense of knowledge. Thanks for shining your light.

I love to listen to Mr Ballen. He's an awesome storyteller. Other than that I really couldn't tell you that much about the man. I know he was in the military, he had trouble transitioning back into civilian life, he overcame that problem and is now helping others to do the same. What's the problem? He is now in a new chapter in his life and is doing very well. I'm very happy for him. I don't care what anybody says about him, I like to listen to his stories. If you read this Mr Ballen, thank you for your service. Thank you for the things that you do for other veterans and people and thank you for your stories.

It is so awesome to hear stories like this and to learn more about the communities and the people in these communities. I have grown up in a military town and have big respect for our service members. I love seeing the comradery. I love seeing the different perspectives, your life experiences, and your transitions into different stages of life. What you are doing is so important. Please never stop. There are SO many young men with NO good role models that NEED to see people like you, Ballen, etc. I will never understand how some vets can let ego drive them and hate on prior service members doing what they can to help. I don't understand the hate man! To me, all of us are brothers, service or not. Whatever we can do to help eachother, spread knowledge, and leave an impact for our next generation. Thank you so much sir!

Thanks for sharing this story. Love your honesty in sharing your reluctance to engage. My take away is your comment on finding a unique way to help folks. I'm an Army vet, non combat. I served with two men that gave all, invented a stress relief device while in the Army Guard In their honor I donated thousands of devices to service members and veterans. Thanks for the information and story. Cheers!

So glad you get along with MrBallen. I started listening to him when he first came on KZbin. And then later on he told his life story and he did say he got alot of hate from his community and you can see in his eyes rhat this truly hurt this guy. And i couldn't figure on why they would shun him. Until your video about Jocko,Goggins, Marcus. And now i am so glad you true hero's met. I support all y'all. For putting ur life on the line for our freedom. And the crazy thing is, i wouldn't have even known MrBallen was SEAL until i heard his story about the Afghanistan Giant. But so glad there are guy like u guys out here. God Bless 🙏, and Thank u for your service. God Bless the USA 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Thank you Chad for standing up, speaking up for Mr. Ballen! When I heard him tell his story of how his own brothers treated him, like no way? That's just.. ... Ouch! Unbelievable they'd do that that's f* up, really f*! Too bad! Their decision to think that way, it's all on them! Been watching Mr. Ballen about 4 or 5 yrs now and haven't stopped since, him and Seagull Lung, The Shawn Ryan Show and now you! You guys are awesome and I thank you all for your service! I guess it makes me feel closer to my stepson who served Iraq died in overturned Humvee accident! Which he stressed was a fear bc bad built roads! Thanks again for the videos and your time. Stay blessed ❤

I've watched your videos a few times, but never subscribed. Thank you for your service and thank you for showing respect to a man that doesn't receive that respect as much as he should (not that it fazes him). Serving others without reservation is a man's test in humility to be worthy to serve God. Some serve only themselves and unfortunately some communities are magnets for those unfortunate souls, such is life. God bless you! Subscribed!

I was actually turned on to MrBallen after Don Shipley mentioned him in one of his vids as a great story teller. Boy, was he right. I wish something like this was in place for my late father in law. He went in the Army Air Corps at 17, serving as an engineer/gunner on B 24’s, retired after 30 years as a Senior Master Sergeant . He proposed numerous efficiency changes that were blown off by the “kids” above him. After he became a civilian the only thing he could find was in shipping in a well known department store. He again made constructive suggestions and again ignored. He had only menial jobs after that. He had always smoked, but it became heavier. He died of Cancer. He had so much to give, but no one listed.

@richboyd8635 Well, he obviously succeeded. As an unknown writer once said in part, "If even one person remembers you after you're gone, you have succeeded." You clearly loved and appreciated him and now honor him by sharing your loving memories. He knows and is watching with happiness and appreciation 🤗💙

This brought me to tears, and was exactly what I needed to hear today. I myself went through a major life transition, that was very difficult, and I felt ashamed to admit it, priding myself as a strong person who needed nothing from anyone. I’m on the other side and wondering if sharing my story could help others. Thank you for sharing your stories.
