What everybody is forgetting is that when Trentavis Friday ran 10.00 he did so with wind assistance @ 1.6 m/s (3.5791 or 3.6 mph) which is well UNDER the legal limit of 2.0 m/s (4.4738 or 4.5 mph) making his time officially the LEGAL National High school record. Wind assistance of 5.7 m/s (12.7505 or 12.8 mph) is well above the legal limit. I think there is an over emphasis on wind assisted all conditions times which are not a true reflection of the actual performance. Only official legal times with wind assistance no greater than 2.0 m/s counts for personal best, record or possible record purposes and are a true reflection of the actual performance.

When you say "Hispanic" do you mean native american? Bc there are a lot of "Hispanic" people that are black & white. In fact most Mexican's are finding out they have African blood by DNA testing. Another thing, sprinting is more about culture than color or race. Most sports are. Some races of people focus on certain endeavors than others so it's highly likely certain cultures or races will do better than others for these reason's. Your focus determines your reality. Have you ever stood outside when it's windy. When the wind blows in your direction, do you feel like it's trying to move you? Well wind aided means that the wind helps you move in the direction that you are traveling. If your can move at 25 mile per hour, with the help of the wind your momentum, thus your speed will increase say by an extra 2 miles per hour, making it 27 miles per hour. Ordinarily your body can only exert enough force/speed for the 25 mph.
