I think it’d be better if like in DOTA, each team drafts a character except it’ll be a shot strategy for each hole. One side picks first, and that eliminates that choice for the other team that round. Then the other side chooses… until the number of holes are accounted for. Except… each strategy has an amount of times it can be picked for each side in grand total. Example… Scramble can be picked only twice by each side. Alternate shot can be picked twice. Best ball can be picked twice. If a side chooses Scramble for a hole, the other team can’t pick scramble for the same hole. Then, the other team chooses first and picks a strategy, eliminating that choice for the first… Until each hole is accounted for.

I think what would make this challenge even more interesting is if after you decide which team goes first (with a tee flip) another tee flip would decide which team gets to pick how they want to play the hole (be it scramble, best ball, or alt-shot). As a result, the other team has to choose a strategy other than the one the first team picked. After each hole, either another tee flip or the team that wins the previous hole would be able to select how they play the next (with the other team not allowed to play that same strategy). Similarly, if its an 6 hole video, a team is only allowed 2 times to implement that same strategy (for the 3 types of strategy) of their choice.

Fun course and a very interesting pro-shop! It’s like 3 different people who own different aspects of the course! Carts, green fees and pro-shop equipment. Lots of Roosters on that course also. Wailua right off the highway and it can be a busy highway depending on the time of day.

I think an interesting format would be where you have one 3v3 or more play each other and implement a format of alternate shot where opposing team picks a player to pay the shot. After a player has been picked they can’t be picked again until the entire team has played a shot. I think it would create some hype moments and some funny ones! Also I think a 6v6 crew battle would be fun. Where each team puts two players against each other and they play a knockout and then the loosing team picks someone to battle the winning team and you play holes until one team is standing.
