That! and have you ever noticed when you get a ''food craving'', it's almost always about craving garbage food containing some kind of sugar? People don't realize how effed up their whole system is due to sugar consumption. Only when you cut sugar from your diet you are able to see how twisted and warped you have become in relation to your eating habits.

I'm 63 yrs young and been living the OMAD Carnivore lifestyle for almost 4 months. Feel 'absolutely fabulous', revitalised and full of energy. No more sore knees, arthritis and lost 14kgs from a high of 95kgs. We both lost a lot of weight and his chemistry which he kept track of,,,,went to normal across the whole chemistry profile. So did mine. We got off diet because of a retirement move.. had to eat out. Don't know where he is now, (I left). I am still careful. By the way the alcohol they sell now is ,,,in my humble opinion, very detrimental to cognitive functions, and the ability to control emotions and thought processes. The damage is often permanent. Judging by watching people who seriously over indulged even while fairly young. President Trump is right. Don't drink alcohol. Except perhaps in a medicinal way.

the government has started depopulation plans as early as when they allowed junkfood entities to exist and become licensed back in the early 60s, even advertising it on TV (their main way of indoctrination and brainwashing) and while the top ones in govt and politics are confiscating organic land for themselves and their families and friends, they make sure the rest of the population has plenty of access to lab-created foods at virtually every corner of the streets in the form of McDonald's, KFC, Popeye's, and endless fried chicken and pizza joints. they're also making it recently difficult for organic farmers to continue with planting and growing by eliminating subsidies and instituting strict agricultural rules and regulations. nothing happens by chance; it's been planned decades in advance.

There is even deadlier disease than this and covid and everybody dies from it. It is sin that we are all infested with. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus. Good News - Jesus Christ conquered death and sin with His Blood and resurrection. If you repent of your sins today, put your faith in Jesus and be born-again spiritually through Holy Spirit which is promised by God, you'll be cured from sin and when this temporary life ends, you will spend eternity in Heaven with God :) God bless you

I've held a hypothesis that starting after WWII the introduction and the ever increasing use of plastics in nearly every area of our lives has had a detrimental cumulative effect on our lives. Everywhere we go and everything we touch is some type of plastic. Even in medicine plastic is used, food storage and toxic substances such as teflon, the list is endless. I believe the correlation is more than just a correlation.

When I talk no carbs, they freak. They say "You have so many Diabetic issues,"( that is another) story. I tell them after 37 years, I should. "How is it you look so healthy? they ask. I tell them I ate what I could and thought about eating enough to stay alive and quit worrying about what other people wanted. I looked out for my heath and nobody else really cares about me. Hi Dr. Sten, My name is Nizar and since I discovered your channel, I became addicted to your contents and the way of presenting the health subject made me realize many health factors and even how corrupted the food industry we live in all over the globe. What I would like to say is thank you for changing my mindset by getting healthy rather than thinking only to lose weight. This is really the secret that is hidden to most people. Being healthy is difficult to me before with all the temptations out there in every corner and in every occasion. People eat McDonald's now a days and order apple juice with the meal and they think they ate a normal nutrius meal. I have changed my mindset as it became the new foundation stone for the life style and I am really happy, why ? Because I don't feel deprived any more and even not hungry, instead more focused and healthier. All those past years we were living in an ignorance and watching our beloved ones get diagnosed by diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, cardio vasculaire diseases, and the list goeas on and on and on... Thinking that it is eventually every person path way and there are now ways to get out it or live healthy for the rest of our lives.

Our western diet is absolute garbage . Old film footage of people in the 70s always shocks me now as everyone looks so skinny - me included at the time . The last few decades we have come to accept that carrying an extra 40 -50 lbs looks normal . I've recently lost 30lbs with intermittent fasting - the only weight loss regime that works for me . The modern medical way to educate people on dietary matters is to send them to a dietician where you learn to read labels and decades old nutritional info . it boils down to the three most important things to get rid of insulin resistance: 1. fasting 2. fasting 3. fasting About 10 years ago I was diagnosed as a pre diabetic and my doctor wanted to put me on a chronic medication called metformin. I refused that and made some research and started with intermittent fasting. I've never looked back! I do usually a 20/4 IF and eat almost anything I want as long as its real food.

Thank you for doing the great work that you do! I feel that I am gaining the knowledge and vision of improved health even though I turn 63 in a few weeks.
