Three Sea San Design, Double Thumbs Up! A nice expansion of a earlier 3x40' sea can design that leaves more space for the main room I'd have striven to keep all the water/sewage pipes in one wall but aside from that about as good as you can get with a 3 sea can design. though I'd have oriented the couch & coffee table to the front were the floor to ceiling windows/doors are

I very much like this home, it has just about everything I need, but I would prefer a shower in the bathroom, those tubs aren't meant for seniors, the sides are too high for easy egress, a shower in that space would be large enough to accommodate a seat.

I think it would be cheaper to make a house look like a container than to make a container look like a house. I think a container is like a log cabin. Once you get the outside built you have to build a house on the inside of it. But, with a container you have steel to deal with instead of wood. I've seen what these guys have to deal with to make plumbing and wiring work. It's a freaking nightmare. Use the skin and the doors if you must and junk the rest.

These dimensions never work like this. That big bed in bedroom #2 in actuality is 4 foot at the most. (width of the hallway) but when you show the room....
