I'm shocked that no one is really talking about the new weapon banner pity... that's a big change, especially for the unlucky people that get 2-4+ non-debut weapons in a row. That's a great change unless they fiddle with the actual rates in the background to almost always get off-rate to force you to pity.

The new frame hint is confusing. Maybe CN players will have a better understanding in who's next. Could it be a new Lee frame? The torchbearer bears the Gray Raven Sigil. Unless that's the commandant. The eyes on the sky reminds me of the obswrvers. And so far, only Lee was able to make contact (in global) that is aside from probably Ishmael.

It's up in the air, but the way I interpret it as someone with no knowledge of the CN language is: Every single human and even agents like Luna and Selene, are bound by fate, the puppet strings. Luna and Selene are bound by Ascnet, one following its will, the other rebelling. Under the purification of the tower, the one turning point that all of the story led to for humanity, many commandants fight, occasionally wavering (kneeling down) yet standing back up. The GR commandant is spearheading the expedition into the dark, unknown future past the tower's turning point, literally carrying the torch. All their efforts lead to humanity finally glimpsing the Observers above the sky, and They turn to watch the commander. So it's Ishmael.

It looks like they are focusing to leap current meta character. If you have noticed, the recent leaps are Garnet, Empyrea, Scire, Stigmata, and in the future CW. All of them are in the current meta. Sadly, the only male characters in the meta are Watanabe and Wanshi. With that logic, this means the only male character that have high chance of getting leap is Watanabe : Epitaph. The other male character is Wanshi but he had just released.

During Annniversary in the basic banner you can pick your S-rank so save your basic tickets and you can pick Alpha/Lucia Crimson Weave.
