My Mom shared this video in a group she and I run on Facebook. I LOVE it so much!!! I've been doing a 4-7-8 Breathing practice before Meditation for awhile. This feels wayyy different to me in that I'm understanding the benefits more and more as well =]] Thank you for doing this video for us!!

That's awesome! Andrew Weil's 4-7-8 breathing is great too but I find the 4-8 rhythm is easier to get in the effortless flow of doing.

@@mindfulecology absolutely! I think it's because it's simply an inhale/exhale not an inhale/pause/exhale. More naturally rhythmic instead of having to "think" to count on the pause. Also. The distinction of breathing out the mouth makes a big difference as well in my opinion. I do Wim Hof Breathwork as well and typically breathe in with my nose and breathe out with my nose. Curious what would happen if I would breathe out my mouth instead. Science experiment engage! Haha =]

@@caterinawilliams5397 I definitely find myself thinking to remember the pause :) WMF is such a great practice too, that's how I get charged up in the morning!
