I always gain approximately 10 pounds once the weather gets cold. Something in my Eastern European agricultural peasant DNA is convinced I won't survive the winter without it. Anyway... this supplemental workout is well timed.

I tried quite a few conditioning trainings, once was in a great gym that also had a masive martial arts floor for public acces, and i did my old martial arts falls/rolls, that sure got my cardio going like nothing else, picking up your own BW time and time again.
