You will go down in history. Been watching since late 2020. I don't know if you read comments but genuinely genuinely changed my life completely. I used to be so sensitive, shy and awkward. It's only been two years and there's more progress to be made but it's incredible how many lives you've changed. Never thought I would be someone writing one of these comments but thank you Hamza. Hamza I officially started my self improvement journey on 07 novembe.2021 and it was because of you. I have gained so much progress and also slacked 4 times as much. I stopped watching you around the time when you quit doing the videos like in the beggining of your channel and choose to make them hyper edited. But I always had you and self improvement in my mind day and night. I have fought anxiety and hardships, I went into hell and came out the other side and it still feels like I just passed the tutorial ment to back most people away. I have thought about you quitting before yesterday's video for months, it would be what a true purposefull man would do, im happy that you decided that on your own. I have never been subbed because it felt wrong but I feel as it is right to do it now. I cant wait to develop myself from a boy to a man and go on the same path as you and many other Grates have. Thank you for everything, you are like a brother to us

When this video ended there was a feeling of gratitude and emotion. Its almost felt like an end of an era and a beginning of a new one; the emotions inside me felt like i had moved on from a boy to a man. Hamza was always like the brother i never had, almost like a father figure to guide me through this rough world. I started watching you 8 months ago when this girl I didn't even date started hanging out with other guys. Since then I've gotten a good physique, financial doing better than almost everyone in my age group, always doing the hard work when ever i don't feel like it. Thank you for everything brother. Hope to see you someday in Thailand or Dubai once we all make it. Ill always be grateful for you.

I remember 2 years ago when I was 14 I was doing push-ups while watching your videos realizing I'm wasting my time and life (ended up gaining ~45lbs in 2 years and as someone who always had trouble putting on weight it's been a great improvement I'm very grateful for), today I'm 16, and you helped me more than anyone else, thank you for guiding because without you, I would have never made money as a minor, and so I'll still feel like a waste of cum to today's date and even if its very little amounts (10-20 € a day) I already feel like doing something of my life outside my studies!!(never happened before). I can also specify that English is not my primary language and in order to understand your videos I worked on it and managed to become pretty fluent in English, so thanks for everything! This movement makes me change enormously. Before , I’m a suicidal failing student who has zero hopes, everything in my life is so terrible. Parents always shouting and talking very negative thoughts. I’m now go to gym and run about 5 km along the river every morning , my abs is grown, I read first English book in my life, I eat cleaner ,my sleep time almost doubled, my fab time is about one ten compare to previous times. ALL changes happened just a months ago since I joined the movement. I’m so grateful and wanna say thank you to everyone here. EVERYONE. I may del this post months later, but I just wanna share how vigorous I feel and show my respect and gratitude to you guys: OUR tribe, OUR fight club will keep growing if we keep grinding and overcome weakness in our lives. I never thought I'd be writing a comment here, but here it is. I discovered your channel previous year and also joined the discord server, and I am so grateful to you man for providing and spreading this message of self improvement. You helped me in a lot of aspects in my life, mainly in the mindset. It's only after watching your videos that I got seriously invested into self improvement. And I am so grateful for the information you have imparted us with. I got goosebumps watching this video as I knew this was gonna be the last one ever. With your daily videos and emails I always felt that I'm not alone in this journey and you are always there guiding and supporting me and also the men that follow you. And then you told that you found your purpose and needed to accomplish it. It's sad (as in we won't be seeing you often anymore)and for the better ( as in you found your purpose ) at the same time. I will never forget your teachings Hamza. And will be on this self improvement journey and improve myself even more. I hope for your best✨ and will always remember your teachings 😣

I've never thought about writing this comment but I have to. I've been on self-improvement for about 3 years now, to be honest, I was doing quite well but I never took it so seriously. When I found this channel a couple of months ago, it changed my life significantly! I'm so grateful, Hamza. Thank you! I returned to my dream when I thought that I'm done. I'm doing so well that I even started turning my friends into this movement. They're starting to fight their Jefrees, and this is what makes me feel insane. As it's already been mentioned it is only the beginning!

I am grateful for rejection from my dream girl. I first met her a year ago in religion class during covid when everyone still wore masks. I didn't think much of her other than her being the nicest and smartest girl I knew. We weren't friends, more so acquaintances, until our school dropped the mask requirements and I saw her face for the first time, I was frozen and speechless... She was incredible. The semester ended and we never ended up improving our relationship or even becoming friends. Fast forward one year and we happened to share a homeroom, I never said hi or put myself out there, I just admired her from the corner of the class where I sat. About a month into the course there was a school event, a rugby tournament where fourth period classes were excused to watch the game. As I was watching the game I noticed a group of girls not too far from me, and she was in the group. I somehow had the guts to go over to the group as I had a friend in that group, slowly over the course of about half an hour, all of the girls in the group had left, except for one, that particular one from homeroom. We stayed around for the remainder of the game chatting and getting to know each other, when it came time for us to part ways, I couldn't find the confidence to ask her on a date or even just get her number. I blew it. This event wasn't a waste as we became good friends and I ended up seated right beside her in our homeroom class, our relationship stayed the same until December 20th, 2022, when I decided to ask for her number (I did this in the middle of class, I realize now it was a dumb idea), she actually gave it to me, I had done it. Until she texted me that night, informing me that she just wanted to stay friends. This day turned from the best day of my life to the absolute worst, I fell into a deep depression over the Christmas break. Once the break was over, my relationship with the girl felt awkward for both of us and she seemed uncomfortable around me. I began to search the internet for any advice on how to fix relationships and I stumbled across Hamza's channel, the concept of self improvement had peaked my interest, once I got on self improvement my mental and physical health began to improve, today marks 3 weeks of going to the gym every single day. I have felt more confident, and I was able to fix my relationship with the girl. I am on this self improvement journey all thanks to her, she is the first spark that started a reaction that will change my life forever. All I want to do is thank her for changing me. And to thank Hamza for showing me the path. This is what I am truly most grateful for. Thank you.

Man, I was planning on making an entire list of things that I'm thankful for, but I don't think that's what you would've wanted, so I'm just going to say a simple thank you for changing all of us in a good way. I'm going to keep on improving myself with the information that you taught us. Thank you for everything Hamza, I'm looking forward to the next non-edited video, I hope you're going to come along a great amount of nice things, and that you will overcome every challenge that you face. I just realised that i'm accidentally writing an entire message, so even though you probably won't see this, thank you for everything Hamza.

I used to embody the stereotypical Jeffrey, and I was Jeffrey in the Jeffrey vs Adonis comparison. I used to feel nervous around any woman, even if they were unattractive. The two things that transformed my approach towards women were: 1) reading the book "How to Win Friends and Influence People" which fundamentally altered my life, as its principles worked not just on men, but women as well. This made me realize that both genders are just human beings. 2) Building my confidence by interacting and talking with women on a daily basis. The key takeaway from this comment and Hamza's video is that being around women and talking to them requires practice and repetition. I strongly suggest you read how to win friends and influence people. Because of the book I’ve made a lot of friends, have a new friend group and 5 of my new friends are women. If not for practice and reading the book I would’ve missed out on a lot of friendships and biggest of all I’d still be nervous around women. Every day, I am grateful for the chance encounter with Hamza's channel and the decision to delve into Carnegie's book. To all the young men out there, I offer you my sincere wish and best of luck for your success. Remember, the skies are the limit, but so are the depths of despair. The power to achieve all you desire and avoid what you fear rests within you.
