The best advice I can give about being a man is to learn humility. You will fail, make mistakes, be rejected. Don't let the voice in your head tell you that you are stupid or a freak or a weirdo. It took me so long to realize no one is thinking that about me. We are all here to grow and become better versions of ourselves. For the longest time I made others out to be enemies telling myself they must not like me, misinterpreting looks, but I found myself when I realized I was my own worst enemy. Love yourself & believe in yourself, it really is the first step.

It's unbelievably eye opening. I'm 33 and what sucks to admit, I've f*cked up most of my life up to this point. Stuck with the job I don't like, barely making enough income to support myself, bad shape, bad habits, progressively worse health year by year, lack of motivation and so on. Today marks the first day of my journey. Thank you for opening my eyes Hamza.

I'm 14 and as i'm reading this I just came to the realization that I've been thought to more feminine by my mother (i'm from a singles mother Household). I discovered Self-Improvement for the very first time with your mewing video but I've been really lazy until today (18/09/2023), I watched the video and it motivated me to clean my room, I know it doesn't seem like such a big deal but I've not tidied my room in months and it was really just a big mess. For me, this is the start if my new life and I'll do everything to be the man I want to become. UPDATE March 02, 2024: I struggled a lot with procrastination but I started working out more and more and I think I have good gens (I'm african so no wonder), I've been trying to get my grades up and get some money on the side. On a final note I want to thank God for all the progress + I feel like even if your not religious, advices from the Bible can help you on your Self-improvement journey.

Recently, I've truly realised that I've grown up in a feminine household. That's not to say they haven't done a good job raising me, but it has definetly effected my confidence and masculinity. Hamza in particular has really opened my eyes and has helped me with my self improvement and that is something that I will forever be grateful for, particularly with being a masculine role model that I needed.

What i learned: -have a purpose (mission) -have goals -obsses over them -have long term goals and short term goals as milestones (think of future -have discipline and mental health(no procrastination) -ignore “bad days” still be productive -discipline is “ignoring” feelings -progressive overload=sacrifice more and more each sacrifice being greater than the last -nofap (this is obvious) -positive impact on ur “tribe” -its harder for men these days but still dont give up on masculinity -be friends with good people like u that r tryna improve -be masculine in relationships, be the leader, you make the decisions - father-daughter dynamic in relationship -u pay for everything woman will be more feminine when u pay -polarized relationships -becoming a man is a journey

I’ve been doing self improvement for a year now but no matter how much motivation I had I always fell back to my degenerate ways, all my life I’ve been addicted to my phone, porn and being comfortable, the only way for me to improve my life was to go on a dopamine detox, to use my phone 5 min every morning and night, when you don’t bring your phone with you on your day that’s where you find the most improvement, for example after school and you think if you should skip training, earlier I used to skip training but when I don’t have my phone with me I’m so present and I don’t even think about it, my masculine inner voice takes control and I never skip trainings, sleep well and eat well, trust me you’ll never fall back into your old habits if you simply just have the discipline to use your phone only for meditation avery morning and 5 min every night to check everything you need to check, Btw never use your phone in bed or in a comfortable place.

I find myself coming back to this video. Over a year ago I started my self improvement, I improved my looks. I’ve been lucky in that department but I never worked on it for a while. I hit the gym a year back. Did a martial art for around 7-8 months. I gained muscle and learned a bit more on defending myself. What was improving for a bit but declined was my mentality and my habits, I stopped watching these videos for a bit and went to live. And now after doing a bit of journaling I realize I need to be a man. What I want is security in myself, and at peace with the thoughts in my mind. I feel a desire to be my own man, to be more independent in myself as a person. To secure my future, and to start becoming more mature. I seek once again a search for my masculinity and mental health. Take care.

I am a 16 year old on the final lap of school, I have the big exams coming up in less than two weeks, studying and learning was always an issue for me and based on watching this video I have come to the realization that I am way more in touch with my feminine side, Since I started high school I moves in with my aunt and my two younger cousins (they are female as well) and I will admit that it has had quite the effect on me going through my teenage years, since I had no masculine figures in the household. And believe it or not I am the only male in my class based on the subject area that I am currently doing, and I have come to realize how much of an effect these have had on me, it is difficult for me to point out any of my masculine traits but I can easily state my feminine traits. I believe that this is what kept me lacking in the area of school work as I was not motivated to do school work or look towards the future, the only thing I was slightly motivated to do was workout, which I am glad I did because doing so also helped me to realize how much of a difference having masculine traits have on a man's mindset. But despite working out and all I still was not motivated to do school work and to this day I am still not motivated to do so. Despite the fact that I have my final exams coming up I have been unable to study basically anything. Until I found this video I was able to truly understand why and I do wish I had found it sooner as I think it is too late as it relates to my school work and upcoming exams.

hey bro, don't put too much pressure on yourself when it comes to your final exams. Over the years of high school I came to understand that school is not for everybody and it certainly doesn't dictate where we end up in life. I am quite good in school as a result of hard work but also natural smarts. What I'm trying to say is you get given numbers as results from these exams that at the end of the day don't really mean a whole lot. This doesn't mean to become complacent and not work hard and not study hard, but don't put tons of pressure on yourself. Keep grinding, keep getting rid of bad habits and creating good ones, and keep building your masculinity, as all of this takes time. And when you finish school, this hard work will have set you up to achieve greater things than any of your teachers could have ever imagined.

@@corymcinnes4090 I completely agree, after a few days of posting this comment I was able to become mentally stable about the whole situation, and I have come to the realization that these exam grades does not define my future. And starting to carry out more masculine traits and being more productive led me to this conclusion. Despite the fact that I might fail these exams, I still wish to work hard in the future. But that's where another issue erupts, basically my entire family believes that if you don't pass your exams, you will become nothing in life, and they have told me this many many times. I wish to show them that I can still become successful even if I don't pass these exams. But that surely will not be an easy task. Thank you for sharing your opinion brother, it really helps me to continue pushing for self improvement!

He will do the program for you and give you homeworks.Also mental health is the 1st step to be sucessful in every part to your life, start meditating and watch hamza's mental health guide. And in 2 weeks you'll actually stop eating junk food and start studying and get real pleasure from it. You'll be in 11th grade next year. I will be in 12th grade. You know I, for the first time in my whole entire life have experienced my first father and son moment. My father told me how proud he became knowing that I have made incredible progress in the gym and how I have literally transformed as a person in these past few months and have become more disciplined than more people in his work that I just cant stop being grateful and so happy. I am 15 years old and there haven't been many moments like this in my life because I been so distant and disconnected from my family that I am embarrassed to say but I have only just started getting to know my father. Hamza, this is all because of the influence you have had in my life alongside Andrew Tate, Andrew Huberman, Jordan Peterson, Kris-Paul Sturmey and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Long story short, thank you for everything, I pray that one day I get to say this to you face to face. Take care and struggle on.

As a young man with a good father figure i can't really relate on the issue of a single mother, but i see now at 14 years of age that i have become weak. I have become indulged in instant gratification. In social media. It consumed my life. I discovered Hamza's channel a year ago but never at that time i thought i had a problem until now. I have started to hate looking myself in the mirror seeing the weak man i have become. So i started my journey of self improvment and i will crush my goals. Hello there my friend. I am in your age too. I have a girlfriend and i noticed im still interested in other girls. Now i know why. Because this is not the girl i should be with. Now i know the real reason why my father cheated on my mother. It's all because my mother is too masculine. Im feeling like my current girlfriend is not the one. But we had so much good time with each other... It's hard my friend, watch out for that. I think it's much better to leave, and find someone that im sure i will not be interested in someone else. It's hard cause you also have to find someone that doesn't hurt you. Isn't it better just to NOT have a girlfriend? I don't know honestly, it's painful...

I am 20. Hear me out before you end up in my situation. It’s not too late for me but I’ve done massive mistakes. 1) IF you starting college STUDY AS HARD AS YOU CAN. Do not and I repeat DO NOT procrastinate. It will only lead to massive regret and massive anxiety. I’m literally having panic attacks because of the decisions I made on studying. 2) GET IN BETTER PHYSICAL HEALTH. My back hurts and I am just 20…. That’s explains a lot doesn’t it? Not only that but I feel like a kid among grown ups when everyone around me is the exact same age as me. That will only lead to lower self esteem and even depression. 3) Take risks. That friend you think is a Jeffries? Push him away from your life. DO IT. Now before it is too late. That girl you think isn’t worth your time and ghosts you? Delete her. NOW. OR that girl you fancy? TALK TO HER. As soon as possible and if you fail trust me it will feel better sometime later that you talked to her instead of never talking to her. Please listen to me because if I could go back in time 2 years ago I’d literally do these 3 things I’ve mentioned. All I have now are regrets but since I can’t change my past I CAN change my future. Stay disciplined and good luck!

I feel like not enough people get how problematic the statement at 19:05 is. Anyone who believes that a womens only job and quality is to dream about her man 95% of the day, and who believes that it is a bad quality for a woman to be focused on herself and her work because it is not feminine, should really work on his view on women and relationships in general, you will never be in a healthy relationship with the opportunity to grow together with a view like that. And to all the guys commenting and praising hamza, I’m very happy for you how you improved your life and that you are more happy now than before, but be critical, hamza teaches a lot of good advice, which can be really used to improve your life. But, ask yourself how much of a man are you, not reflecting and much more just copying another persons Views and Morals. A true man’s morals come from within through a lot of experience, reflection and meditation. How can it be masculine to just follow, to blend into the mass of “alpha males” or “adonises”, and just repeating everything unconditionally what your leader says, that is the (psychological) definition of a beta figure in social groups. I hope just one guy here, actually thinks about my words. + I would love to see a reaction from Hamza, i think you’re very clever and teach good things for self improvement, but i hope you see the problem i am addressing cheers

Yes it’s normal. But not in this order. Get healthy while you’re young. I’m 22, so I’m still young, and I’m extremely glad that I’ve gotten my health on track and am gymming daily now, before I have issues. Get a wel paid job (obviously study hard in school and figure out what you wanna do while you’re in school) and once you’re settled with a good job, then look towards family. Once you’ve had a kid, a lot of your time and effort goes into that kid and your partner. I wish I focused on my career first over focusing on girls until just this year. Learn from my mistakes and you’ll be a very strong man 💪

@@oliveraxt8838 I am 18 and started at the same age as you. If I have learned one thing in these past 3 years, it is that your physical and mental wellbeing is far more important than anything else. Prioritize it over everything: relationships (friendships and also romantic), money and even family sometimes (they may be toxic). Try to use social media less, read more and watch good movies instead of playing video games. Moreover, it is easy to fall into the trap of redpill content (containing female nature, dating advice etc.). I think there is a place for content like this, however, in my experience, dating advice and learning female nature is not really needed if you are focusing on your grind. Last thing: other men your age WILL be intimated by you if you are improving. For example, your classmates might clown you for reading a book instead of scrolling on your phone. (ignore them) If you get into a breakup in your teenage years, it will either be the worst or best thing that will ever happen to you. Make sure it's the latter. I don't know why I wrote such a long comment for a stranger, I guess I can just relate to your comment since I see a younger version of myself in you a bit. Good luck.

Fatherless story of a 15 year old boy, who feels desperate and depressed My mother left my father because he was too disciplined, she raised me into a pssy. Now I struggle with my emotions, testosterone, im deeply depressed from doing anything and theres no day i wouldnt want to kms. I cannot focus on anything, my gf left me for being too anxious and recently i got a diagnose for having borderline personality disorder, depersonalization disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, major depression disorder and weak heart with anxiety attacks.. I really feel so weak from hearing all of this shit, feeling like im insane. My mother never cared for me in a way that my father did. She always told me to stop being masculine, stop meeting my father, stop being with my friends, stop chasing girls, stop doing all of that boy stuff in my childhood, to be at home and rather play pc games and be safe and sht and now shes an alcoholic for many years, acting like shes to poor thing and blaming me for everything, while it is her fault. Shes screaming at me for being girly and without emotions, only feeling stress and anxiety, ive got two sisters and shes so dumb that she thinks that when she raised girls the same way as me, then why am I such a little b-tch. She also got married with this old fat bast-rd who is such a crybaby and never managed to do anything in his life. Hes almost 50 years old, being a little p-ssy who never even excersiced, weighing 330 pounds with no purpose in life and he is punishing me when I act masculine. Well, Ill tell you mom, I hate you. Youve ruined my life and youve never took care of me, you are blaming me for stuff that is your fault and you dont even trust me a single word when I tell you, that I dont want to live. Todays world is so fcked up and Im so pissed that everybody are so weak and so fckning stupid. My mom also told me many times that I should just kms, that everybody would be better off without me. Shes not my mom anymore and I hate her with every single last piece Ive got left in my soul. My family is not my family anymore, my sisters are so fckning dumb not understanding that my mom is in wrong and that it is not my fault.. You really got it? I LITERALLY FUCKING CRY EVERY NIGHT WISHING TO BE DEAD AND THEY F-CKING BLAME ME FOR IT, STRESSING ME EVEN MORE, TELLING ME THAT IM A RTARD THAT IM INSANE AND THAT ITS ONLY MY FAULT WHILE THEM LITERALLY RAISED LIKE THIS, DOING NASTY STUFF TO STRESS ME OUT EVEN MORE LIKE SHOUTING AT ME WHILE BEING DRUNK, SMASHING MY DOORS OR THROWING MY THINGS AROUND AND SH-T IM SO PISSED AND FEELING SO DESPERATE BECAUSE IM 15 AND IM STILL DEPENDED ON THEM. I have my first boxing match coming up soon, self improvement has helped me stay focused, determined and disciplined. I've been subscribed since 300k and now to see you pushing 1 million all I can say is congratulations.. ADONISisisis

My girlfriend and I first had problems in the relationship when I started becoming the vulnerable one and she was the more masculine one. She got a new job where she got so much male attention than she had ever gotten in her life and that greatly inflated her ego and I was unemployed living like a bum but I was still going to the gym so my testosterone was fine. Fast forward to Christmas break, me not going to the gym so much and her getting all of the male attention inflating her ego. Not going to the gym lowered my test and I became vulnerable in front of her and now she left me. I swear to god bros never let the roles switch.

I’ve been in a similar situation brother, I can relate to the pain you are emitting. I had been in a very long serious relationship for 7 years, we were both 16 when we first started dating and she broke up with me almost one year ago when we were both 23. Wanna know the reason? Well after watching this video of the king above I came to realize now how much of a feminine energy my ex was sensing out of me and how everything ended up for me until here. She couldn’t keep up with me having depression, showing emotions or being vulnerable, hell she even admitted it herself sometimes that I should man up. It all makes sense now and I have to teach myself on how to become more masculine. Women just suck your energy and can turn you into a woman over time.

Relatable. But guys , you got this now. After a 4 years relationship with the same issues you guys talked about, I was broken (and broke). In the beginning I hate her for leaving me . But then I realised it was my fault , and took accountability. It was 1 year ago. I worked on myself , focused on my career (that I really like ), start going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week. I ve been dating 3 pretty girls in the last year , and it was always me leaving them. Last one was the most pretty , and intelligent but didn’t respect me , so I had to let her go .

Learnt a lot. I have a relatable purpose as you. I inspire my cousins (my tribe) to be better everyday. Relating discipline with sacrifice was a new concept for me. Thank you for introducing the concept to us, the tribe. After so many years of personal growth. I have identified four pillars of my life, and four mantras to go through the daily toil. The pillars of life are: Money, Friends/Family, Health, and Skills. And the mantras are: Be resilient to stress, Sacrifice more, DO and focus more, Expect error. Apart from this I have been maintaining a digital note on keep, with deadlines of milestones, and also deadlines of my most honest life goals. Also I agree with two of the tools that you mentioned: semen-retention and opening up a business. Apart from this I listen to a lot of EPIC and CELTIC music at times when I find myself a little demotivated by the surroundings, and need a pump up, which in the earlier days would have been provided by the tribe.. Overall awesome video.. Thanks man..

its rare I sit through a video of this manner for this long. usually its gameplay. but this is different. I've taken notes along the the whole vid. a lot of what you said (like you said) was very relatable. and it stirred anger and confusion. but the more I listened, the more I actually realized that I'm getting what I need form my life right now, and I'm on my way to good things. this video helps me actually finally see what I really wanted for myself. now to stfu and get to it thank you man, and I'll be back for more truth.

Well at the end of the video Hamza you said " leave a comment if you've made it this far" so I just wanted to say that I'm so glad and grateful that I've come across your channel in the past few weeks. This guide is truly helpful and at least not like other youtuber who just make click baity videos for the purpose of making more money. Bro you deserve more views on guides like this. its truly life changing. The fact that you said, developing yourself and living to your full potential, its just the best way to live. I can relate to all your stories since I'm also from Pakistan. Obviously I dont got that many oppurtunites as you got living in UK but still I'm trying and following up the guides and all the stuff. I hope you'll become more successful in achieving your purpose and mission iA.

so how would you define a truly masculine man and a truly feminine woman
@mostbeautifulbelovedgarden
@mostbeautifulbelovedgarden Жыл бұрын
@@jayanttayade2378 both sexes have elements of masculine and feminine. If someone claims they’re entirely one or the other they’re lying. Masculinity is knowing, doing- being who you are unashamed, protecting, providing, following your own path and doing what’s important to maintain it. Masculinity is being in the mind most of the time, logic .Femininity is flowing, exploration and creativity, conversation, nurturing, being in the body and following intuition, emotion. Femininity is the juice of life and masculinity is the container. People get toxic or unhealthy if they don’t have both, obviously men having majority masculine and women having majority feminine. Unfortunately in this society most women are in their masculine since they need to provide and protect for themselves. Men can be feminine since maybe their mothers or partners emasculate them. I also believe since making this comment that Hamza has been employing more feminine tactics to men for “getting women to chase” which I don’t think is masculine. I think a man in his masculine has the knowing that he is worthy and the woman of his choosing will want him for him. Not because he has to play mind games to get her to chase like he should be doing or rather pursue.

@@jayanttayade2378 redpill has no respect for humanity or harmony. That’s where I started falling off Hamza. I feel like in order to be redpill you have to hate women or pose as hypermasculine. Just know most of the dudes riding the redpill wave are hypocrites. For example, It just dropped today that Sneako let’s other men sleep with his girl in front of him but will drag other men for doing that. Calling them betas. Strong men don’t need to have their life bolstered by other men. It’s nice for sure, but only if those men are what they say they are- like a legitimate mentor. It’s easy to pretend you’re somethitn online that you’re not. Especially since a lot of these redpill creators only gain traction for the toxic messaging they give. Maybe for the time being their advice works but it will never lead to long term success
