This might seem weird, but Arlo always brings me peace when I need it. Gabriel’s Mother’s Highway Ballad #16 Blues, Arlo Guthrie. Beautiful guitar work makes me think of the picture of your brother in the chair looking over the mountain. I listened to you and bought one of his camping tables several years ago. It IS THE BEST CAMPING table ever, and I will smile and think of him when I use it. Thank you for sharing a little of him with us.

My very strong advice would be to have your engine oil changed every 4k miles, max as the twin turbocharged Ecoboost engine Really doesn't tolerate long change intervals. These engines are almost always under boost and oil gets dirty quick. I've also found water intrusion on top of the engine in wet weather. One key place it comes in is the passenger side wiper arm post grommet between the grommet and water tray. If you raise the van hood, you can see the water drops on the metal body area by the wiper post. Just fully clean the wiper arm grommet lip as it mates to the main water tray, lift the lip and use a non hardening Permatex black gasket sealer around the full perimeter on the underside of the grommet seal to the water tray. The driver wiper arm doesn't have a grommet and water is not an issue, as far as I can tell. FYI

Thanks for the great tips. We also like to change our oil more frequently.

Deb, congratulations on your new van and the sale of your Pleasureway. Our condolences to you and your family on the loss of your brother. He seemed to have led a very active life on his terms. What a great tribute. It hit a chord for me because three years ago, I had open heart surgery to replace an Aortic valve and should have been out of the hospital in three days. I spent 12 days in the ICU, went through Sepsis, and almost left this world twice. My wife lived in the UCSD parking lot in our Pleasureway Plateau for two weeks, and if it were not for her advocating for me, I wouldn't be here today. Looking forward to crossing paths sometime in the future again. Let us know when you are in San Diego again. Best., Arthur Schwartz

I am deeply saddened of your brothers passing. The ripple effect of the 'She For Me' tapestry of life, was introducing your brothers incredible story about Charles Manson. Hearing him share his story was quite amazing, especially being such a young man barely entering his freshman year in college. I knew very little of who CM was, and hearing your bro talk about him, led me into researching who CM was. Now that I've seen many documentaries & read a few books, I can turn around and see your brothers face and say to myself, how lucky am I. To be able to see him express himself and share such a wild and scary experience was pretty cool & honored in some way. This amazing ripple or wave led me to learn something new. Just want to say thank you for sharing your incredible brother with us.💗 Sending my best as you and your family navigate through this heartbreaking loss 💕 My go to favorite band is Chicago "Make me smile." .... music is healing so are long walks 💗

First time we have commented but have been watching about a year now. Sorry for the loss of your brother, all of my siblings have passed on as well. Your channel was suggested by an old army buddy because we had thought about van travel. My wife and I look forward to your videos and enjoy watching the old ones cast on to our tv for a bigger view and better sound. I know you have heard this before but your productions are fantastic and professional with your music selections matching the video so well. You both seem to be living life to the fullest and we hope you continue to post new videos. We have decided that extended van travel is not for us. We live in SW Washington so we have seen familiar sights in your travels. We are transplants from the NE about 46 years ago but are Northwesterners now. Thank you for great videos keep on sampling ice cream as you travel. My favorite song is "The Parting Glass" by Shaun Davey from Waking Ned Devine.

I literally just stumbled on your channel today. Your journey brought back memories from my childhood of driving every summer from New York to visit my father’s family in Missouri: my parents, sister and I. Now it’s just my sister and I. I didn’t know your brother, nor have I watched your older episodes (yet!), but you have my deepest condolences on his loss. I hope his celebration of life was uplifting, and that you found comfort in the bosom of your family. It’s not my favorite, but “My Heavenly Father Watches Over Me” never fails to make me cry and yet feel comforted at the same time. We played it at my father’s funeral.

For me, it was a delight to see all you've done on the PW although my chassis is newer than yours was, many upgrades applied . Thank you for sharing your knowledge and skills.
