Add plaster to water Never water to plaster. The plaster powder should be sprinkled into the water and left to sit (absorb) for at least 3 minutes. Then stir. A good mix is 2.5 pounds of #1 pottery plaster to 2 pounds of water.

It is not possible to make it with white cement. The difference between white cement and plaster is that plaster hardens quickly. That's it
