Sure, here it is. Bisquick Oven Fried Chicken 1 tbsp. Butter or Margarine 2/3 cup Bisquick Baking Mix 1 1/2 tsp. Paprika 1 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Pepper 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Ib. cut up fryer chicken ( I usually just use 4 legs and 4 thighs). Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine or butter in 13x9 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in hot pan that you’ve taken out from the oven. Bake 35 minutes, turn and bake about 15 more minutes or until done. Hope this is not to confusing and that I haven’t left anything out!

It is great to see them loving your cooking. I haven't had Bisquick since the 50's and 60's when my mom boiled chicken and dumplings, and baked cobblers, and biscuits. I saw a small package in the dollar store and made pancakes with kimchi bits. Hubby loved it - I turned around and the whole platter was empty. Adding a pinch of yellow turmeric gives it a warmer color.

This was perfect timing. I organized the pantry just a bit and knew I had a huge box from Sam's but was unaware that I had 2! I have an addition for you ... we make sausage, cheddar and apple muffins - just about the same way but add 1 or 2 chopped apples to the batter or lay on top before cooking. YUM! Thanks for the new lunch ideas.

Since I don't eat eggs, one of the recipes I do is sausage hashbrown cheese balls with Bisquick. I don't remember who I got the recipe from maybe Julia Pacheco's channel or you, but I couldn't find the video for them. This is the recipe: 1.5 cups Bisquick, 1 pound hot or mild sausage uncooked, 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese room temperature, 1.5 cups shredded cheddar, 4 cups shredded hashbrows about half a bag (break apart so it isn't frozen all together, not defrosted though), mix in Kitchen aid or with mixer until combined, roll into about 1 and half inch balls, cook in oven on 400° for 22 minutes. I love these as appetizers/snacks or breakfast.

Thank you Mandy, for including a HOMEMADE 'Bisquik' mix, so that the WORLD Wide Web can make their own, to then make YOUR & their own recipes {and inspire their own easy creations}. FYI, folks, you CAN make a baking mix with HIGH quality ingredients, like UNbleached + WHOLE GRAIN flours. SO easy to make. Basically 'Bisquik' is wheat flour + baking powder + salt. Can add {Buttermilk, OR }Milk Powder + a lil Sugar for an American Pancake Mix 😘

We love the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie but I use a really old recipe that doesn't have the extra seasoning (beef soup mix). You bake it in a pie pan for 25 min until knife comes out clean and then you add sliced tomatoes and the cheese on top. Put it in the oven for 3-5 min. more just to melt the cheese. We serve it with shredded lettuce (can add mayo as a dressing) and dill pickles on the side and some mustard and ketchup squirted over the top. We love it and I've never thought it needed more seasoning but I guess you could add what you like. It's good with Air Fryer French fries, too.

I was today years old when I found out that if you coat your blueberries in flour before adding to batter they will stay whole while baking. I’m in America but I made Bisquick from scratch, today. I made chicken n dumplins. 2 cups baking mix 1/2-2/3 cup of milk Mix well. With 2 spoons, use 1 spoon for heaping spoonful (I go large on my dumplings) of mixture and the other spoon to put the mix into boiling chicken soup. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised how well the batter worked! Dinner was enjoyed by all.

I have been making the impossible cheeseburger pie for years, same recipe my mom made when I was a teenager. The recipe has changed a bit through the years. The onion soup mix is new, I'll try that. We put sliced tomatoes around it, cooked it, then at the last 5 minutes or so we piled on the cheese. It makes it really melty and cheesy 😀😀. And I'm pretty sure I add some dub sauce while cooking my meat to give it some extra flavor. Cooked bacon bits add something as well. Loved these ideas, and I'm loving the series, if that is what you are going for 🥰🥰🥰.
