Josie, Know this is for arms, but I’ve been wanting to tell you for, at least three, weeks that you helped me with my c-section mommy pooch. I’ve tried everything, but your three minute standing workout put me back into my size 8 waist clothes. Btw, I’m 66 and began moving into a size 10, which I was not going to allow myself to do. My stomach has never been this flat or firm since pre two children, so thank you, thank you, thank you.

@@cynthiaingram9949 Hello Ms. Ingram, if you go to the magnifying icon, click on, type in “hello Josie Liz” her videos will pop up. The one I did is a three minute tummy flatterer. However, after doing that for a few weeks, I went back to jumping rope with the Jump Rope Dudes. They have videos for beginners if you’re interested. The combination really made the difference for me. Best of luck.

Josie I just discovered you and I’m sooooo glad I did - probably a little thanks to KZbin Algorithm …lol I LOVE that your videos are short and sweet…also effective!! I think a lot of people who aren’t used to working out everyday find it challenging to incorporate long daily workouts; so these videos are perfect to fit in movement every single day or you can do some back-to-back for a longer workout if you’d like.
