Glad to here such a positive assessment of Shinkansen, as I grabbed a copy the other day based solely on the presentation and theme, something I never normally do. After reading the rules I wasn't sure I'd made the right call, but now I'm excited to try it.

Would really like to try Shinkansen. I've had Kings Dilemma(And the prologue scenario) sat on my shelf since just before the pandemic started, still not got it to the table :(

Looking forward to when The Siege of Runedar makes it's way to Canada! Quickly approaching 100 Knizia games in my collection. 😀 Now if only I knew whether or not my pre-order of Whale Riders is even going to be fulfilled. Damn you Grail Games! 😠
