Poor soils being more diversity is maybe my favorite too, ESPECIALLY paired with the Beer and biodiversity. So much so that I have forced multiple ecology/enviornmental science teachers to watch them. My 3rd n 4th would maybe be the one about Pine Trees (which I have used to identify trees) and the one about sustainable fishing.... oh or maybe the one about how Mushrooms give us rain.... OH OH OH, the one about RIVERS and why they meander like me when I stand up too fast. Hmmm, I also like the one about the rising cost of (fighting) forest fires. Man, this is tough.

Dear Minute Earth, I have a question. If the water cycle speeds up in warmer temps, then why are some places expected to get less rain as a result to global warming? Take the USA as an example. According to NASA’s Rainfall projections, due to global warming, The southern half of the USA will get drier and the northern half will get wetter. Can you explain this?
