Hi! I don't have eye pain. You should go visit your ophthalmologist for eye pain. It can be a sign of glaucoma cuz 16 yo can also get it. So you better go to eye doctor cuz you may lose your sight (I didn't wanna say that bit I have to), I hope your vision and eye pain gets better! Amblyopia buddies!! Lol 💪🤣❤️

Please give us all some basics - how we should handle VR-MX-AR glasses. Most experts are lost! Some humans (user) get the option (by catract-lenses) to get optim setup.

my right eye has been lazy for most/all my life. I think I have that first type, because, especially when my eyes are unfocused (e.g. I'm spacing out), they are pretty misalligned (I cant tell bc I'm not really looking out of them, but others can see it, especially when I was young). when I was a young child, I had surgery, which went really wrong (I got a rare infection) and I almost lost the eye, but I got a revision surgery to fix it. I also remember being patched (I had a pair of glasses which the patch slid over) in my first few years of school. I could never really read out of it, and I hated wearing it, but I tried and tried to little to no improvement. I have an interesting quirk where I cant read out of it, despite being able to identify all letters individually and it not being blurry or anything, and I assume its due to a weak communication with my eye and brain connection rather than the eye itself. I have chronic migraines, mostly on my right side, so with the light sensitivity, my right eye almost naturally closes because I don't need it other than depth and periferal, and they don't outweigh the pain and discomfort of the migraine itself.

i am 45 with amblyopia growing up poor with parents that dont even know theres a treatment. now that i have a good job still have it an afraid of treatment that may worsen my eyes and lost my job.. however may lazy eyes straighten if someone in front of me is just 1 meter but beyond that my eye wander. and also when i look at the mirror my eye is straight.. lazy brain..

I wish the studies/experiments with revitalvision and donepezil had included adults only, maybe even older than 50. What is someone took the donepezil AND did the revitalvision?

Unfotrunately insurance doesn't cover revitalvision for adults, not what I have anyway. There are other things I've heard of such as putting you in total darkness for a week or two weeks that may reset the eyes even in adults

I have strabismus, amblyopia and glaucoma. The glaucoma is in my weaker eye, although the stronger eye has been diagnosed as glaucoma suspect

You are nearsighted, myopia. Ambylopia is referring to a lazy eye. One eye is doing all the work for both eyes. I believe a brain connection to the eye. You can have one or both. My son is farsighted, he can’t see near. And has amplyopia his right is weaker than the left. Hope this helps! I was nearsighted but never had amblyopia. (I had PRK surgery years ago)

Are there any new treatments being studied for punctuate inner choroidopathy? This is something ive been dealing with for 4 years now in my left eye and mow my right eye is starting to go as well, ive been getting avastin injections but unfortunately it doesnt seem to give much lasting relief

I did patching and drops as a child. Patching is uncomfortable. The eyelashes constantly rub against the patch which is annoying and distracting. This is in addition to the blurry vision in the weaker eye. And in my case a bouncing image. I wonder if the medication route would improve if combined with vision therapy.
