Hi Being Scared , I absolutely love falling asleep for your stories . One night I fell asleep to your stories as usual, and I woke up around four something in the morning. And I heard all of this rain and I thought to myself ,Oh no. I love the rain but I don’t like driving in it. I look outside the window and it’s absolutely dry outside , and I thought to myself what the heck is going on, and then I looked at my phone and it was at the end of one of your stories when you just let the rain go ,and that’s where the the rain was coming from. 1st story: Those who get super freaked out by sleep paralysis, don't doubt that the chemicals in your brain can make you see things and misinterpret things. It's a hallucination. There are different kinds of hallucinations. Visual, auditory(sound), olfactory (smells), tactile (physical feelings) and gustatory (taste). Your brain is capable of reproducing these when they don't exist. Not saying that it's any less terrifying at the time, but try and remind yourself that your brain is very powerful!

The one about the hikers on the mountain is unfortunately a common occurrence. I've lived in Colorado for 22 years. Don't go hiking in our mountains unless you are fully capable. Bring the equipment. Be prepared mentally and physically. And make sure to know where you are. You dying on our mountains won't make us feel good.

The boy who drowned while his younger cousin waited for him to resurface broke my heart😢 Something that was so preventable, but can so easily happen. I can't imagine the confusion, guilt and subsequent loneliness (when at his dad's; per the custody arrangement) he felt.. Poor kid.
