Preparation is key with jobs like this. Ensuring you have everything you need, maintaining correct phase rotation and labelling of the circuits you are disconnecting will save you a heart attack later on. Sometimes, however, previous sparkies laziness may bite you and cause problems.

Never rush a board change do the job right. Always check and identify 3 phase circuits for rotation, don’t want your 3 phase motors going backwards. Seen many so called electricians board changes with pumps going backwards, sewage pumps don’t like it,a lot of damage can be done if you get it wrong.
