A little update after playing this for several nights. Ah, now it took me a while to get to sleep with these stories Michelle. Thanks to your wonderful informative descriptions of New York I spent time clicking off the video and having to Google Brownstone houses, then needing to click off again and needing to look up what that drink is with the man's name - a mix of tea and lemonade (sounds so good!) and at least two more things you had mentioned. I thought I'd never get to sleep at this rate such is the detaill and intriguing picture you paint of New York! And then when you describe Ed in such wonderful colour and texture, oh, it sets the imagination to seeing such imagery! What a thoroughly enjoyable escape Michelle. I can't thank you enough for giving us such adventures to play out in our mind's eye! I'm enjoying this series so very much! 💙

Michelle does such a good job of describing cozy and comforting environments... Jason Stephenson, Michael sealey, get sleepy, sleepy cat are some more of my favourites. My latest discovery is a guy who reads stories. His channel is "Mr S does a story". I love his reading of Terry prattchett stories.... Larry i hope you can sleep well and for as long as you need. This is the first time I've heard of these launderette stories. I'm sure they're great, but I didn’t last too long. I started listening and imagined myself doing my laundry and listening to Michelle's calm, soothing voice. I got my laundry out of the dryer, but didn’t put it away. I put it all in the laundry bag (which in my mind was the size of a sleeping bag). After one last snack from Madeline, I took off my slippers, got in the bag and was all toasty warm, ready to....listen...(yawn)....to...(retreating further into the clean, warm clothes)...Michelle's..,.(smiling dreamily)...sleep...(socked toes gently wriggling deep in the bag)...stories......zzzzzzz

And here (places the Snuggle bear from the fabric softener commercials in hour lap). There. How's that? Good? OK, now, I'm going back to my little cocoon over there. You cuddle with Snuggle Bear and let us know if you need anything, OK? (Pads back to my laundry bag, gets in and sighs contentedly as the fresh laundry envelops my body again).
