The Witches' Cottage Series is inspired by the healing feminine souls throughout time who act as healers, connecting with nature and intuition as they aim to heal the root causes and remind us of our inner magic. When I started creating for Michelle's Sanctuary, I was empowered by the idea that storytelling can heal us. It can make us feel less alone, tapping into our subconscious minds in a gentle way. It can remind us of the beauty and warmth in a world that can sometimes feel isolating and cold. The stories we tell ourselves before bed (and through our dreams) have incredible, transformative powers. And the three beloved witches in this series are always here to remind us. I wrote that at a time that I truly needed their compassion and wisdom, and it's been a pleasure to be part of their world. I first discovered the witches and their beautiful cottage during a very dark and lonely time in my life. They brought me peace and a safe haven when I was at my worst. I'll create some more compilations. I'm sorry the music is disruptive-- so many of us channels have had to figure a way to do it to just even appear in search results and KZbin favors those style videos. I never have them as long on my podcast or Insight Timer and am looking into a a way to release voice only recordings.

@@MichellesSanctuary you don’t have to change your videos or disrupt KZbin. I just enjoy your stories and prefer listening to more of them for a longer time. I appreciate your stories. Weather sounds or nature sounds for a short period at the end of the video would blend softer maybe. I understand that it may be difficult to make these videos and I appreciate it. I’ve noticed that even other creators only have maybe 30-50 minutes of story then 1-6 hours of some sort of ambience. I suppose that is what is required by KZbin. I don’t know as I am not a creator. I am just a simple person who found your wonderful channel and finally am able to relax and able to eventually get some sleep. Thank you

She was helpful in certain ways, and didn't always love that I needed to go well beyond that to get the right tools for growth. 6 hours! My poor battery I don’t think it’s going to be able to go that long. I love these stories what’s not to love about three beautiful powerful intelligent magnificent women fawning over me. If your work was on vinyl I would have worn them all out by now. I have my favorites based on my mood these are right up there. I once had someone ask me to release these stories as a CD and then they realized that one story would take up an entire CD! Vinyl would be requiring you to flip the record halfway through. I'm grateful to be able to put some artwork that represents my vision now.

@@MichellesSanctuary Actually I’d have to get up and take the time arm off the record or there would be lots of noise and wear on my expensive cartridge. Very impractical but purist design sota turntable I have another one upstairs that would lift tone arm and shut off but it’s not as good in sonic properties. My comment was if your recordings were on vinyl I’ve listened to them so many times I’d wear out the grooves. You could make some money to personalize recordings to people who like that sort of thing “journey with Jayne” does this for like 50 bucks per. Have no clue what a cd recorder costs but she does ok with her business. She’s a certified hypnotist which has little bearing since each state has its own certification system and rules but it sounds good. She records sessions for her clients at a floating fee not sure did how much. There is no comparison with your work not to malign hers. You just advertise as personalized meditation for insomnia anxiety blah blah. Enclose a picture of you you’re very photogenic you’d do well with it.

These are my go to stories. Every day I wake up and want to go back to sleep because the witches bring me such peace and acceptance that I don’t find in the waking life. I feel like only they would appreciate or understand the hell it can be daily and would have the perfect remedies. But since this is the closest I could get to a real audience with such beautiful, compassionate creatures, the downside is I never want to wake up 😂
